Woolworths Werribee Plaza

I came in on Monday afternoon and I was having trouble never getting my way through the store so I asked this lovely lady whose name was Jemma to help me find items around the store. She had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humour, and was more than happy to help me. She showed me many different items and gave her opinions on certain ingredients which was extremely helpful. On my way out she continued to have a lovely smile on her face and greeted me with a good day.

Will definitely be coming back hoping to receive the amazing customer service she displayed

Always busy but humble staff at this Woolworths, we usually visit once a week but its always good to get the needed stuff.

Is a place for all your needs.. from Woolworths, BigW, Kmart, jewelery stores, any kitchen needs and a wide variety other stores in the main complex.
There is Coles, Aldis, Reject Myers,target, many salons, jewelery, piercings.
Many decore stores for the extra items to make the home more homelike. And many other stores in the one place and with 2 food courts there is a range of food stores in each end for the hungry shopper to just get off your feet for a few minutes.There is several fee carparks for you to chose all around the facility so parking is usually available every day for the home shoppers. Overall great place to shop. I generally do all my shopping here as it's all in 2 place

Good size supermarket in a very convenient location as it is inside the pacific werribee.

Dedicated rear end parking for Woolworths and Bigw,serves convenient for the customers.

Great shop I do my fortnightly food shop here I use direct to boot service I find it fast and easy for me especially with having a child I can just pull in and out staff are always friendly my orders never get mixed up

This store is well set up and usually have what I am looking for

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They do much for charity. I feel like it's a second home for me when I shop there. Unlike some other woolies stores that can be so unpleasant to visit. It's always a pleasure shopping at the plaza. Keep up the great spirit guys!

Serviced by a lovely gentleman yesterday I believe his name was Niel he has exceptional customer services amazing communication and was extremely polite makes shopping a lot easier thank you great man I hope this feedback is passed onto him - excellent work team Werribee plaza !!!!

Great stock. Happy they had the NZ aisle in there cause woolworths on watton street don't have the stock, so i have to travel to featherbrook in order to get the items as mall is always packed and can't get a closer car park.
Staff who served me was nice.

Loads of hot X buns and eggs.
Ince you get past them, just normal weekend traffic.

I only like shopping at this Woolworths because I know where everything is and they have everything that I need. I got angry at another Woolworths because I couldn't find anything

Great place to go if you need food, cleaning products, pet food, some garden products, products for personal hygiene, stationary, cards and cigarettes. A one stop shop. Plenty of staff around if you need a hand or a quick purchase.
