Kmart Werribee

The place we can stop going. Kamet has been our store for ages even my son loves it. Been working for kmart for 6 years was an awesome experience and seeing how the young people are learning the skills makes me feel proud. We always spend hours here. He is our mom

Tonight there was a customer that unfortunately had a medical episode that required medical attention. After I had sighted the customer and got assistance The manager ( i think his name was -say) and staff on tonight did amazing in helping keep the customer safe and assisting until ambulance arrived. The manager did an amazing job directing staff and customers while staying calm and informed and making sure customer was safe. Each staff member did a great job in helping keep with woman privacy a priority and safe aswell.

Brooke at the service desk is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to assist every time I am there. It is so refreshing to have this type of service as other sales representatives in the store usually couldn't be bothered to help. Hopefully, someone at management level reads this and acknowledges the great work Brooke does.

Was struggling in looking for a specific type of clothing and was in a rush so I didn’t have time to try clothes on in the fitting room. Super kind lady saw me in need of help and assisted me through everything. I think her name was ‘Bhakti’, very kind and generous lady she is.

I was attended to today by Debbie in the photo shop. I didn’t have a clue on how to copy my photos and was in a bit of a state because I needed the photos for my brothers funeral. Debbie was so accommodating and helpful and it brought some brightness into my very sad day. Thankyou Debbie💔

10/10 Absolutely amazing staff member Rebecca in kids clothing, she was wonderful and very helpful with helping me find items in the store and putting things on hold for me at another location when they didn’t have any in stock! Great to see someone actually take pride in there job.

On Sunday evening shortly after 5pm on 5th February, I was basically in the middle of a panic attack in your store. There was a staff member, young lady, she said she’d just started working there and was new. If it wasn’t for her help, and her kindness, and her two hugs while I was in tears, I’m pretty sure I’d have died from absolute embarrassment and panic. She was an absolute sweetheart, and hands down the nicest person who’s ever helped me in any store. She may be new, but she deserves a pay rise. You hired a winner there, Kmart. Keep her. She’s absolutely outstanding. What I needed was out of stock but that does not matter. She was the best. I wish I had got her name but please check your rosters and pass on my gratitude. She was just phenomenal. Thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness. 💕

We love everything about Kmart. The price is cheap, the quality of the product is very good.

Good stock, good sized kmart! Worth the trip, far better than Manor Lakes that never has anything. Easy access to get here and get out easy if you only want kmart. The mall is not massive and easy to navigate. Recommend!

Went the extra mile for us. They didnt have the balance bikes although website showed they had. Called another store and let them hold on to the last bike for us which now enables our son to cruise around holiday parks

It's a large k mart store open 24 hours a day. This is very convenient in case if you need camping stuff in the middle of the night.

Attended Werribee KMART Sunday Morning. (29.01.2023).

A beautiful young lady named Isabella assisted my wife & I.
We were struggling with lifting a 12kg box consisting of Shelving.
(Keep in mind, my wife and I are in our 80's).
Isabella took it upon herself to obtain a Shopping Trolley, and lift the shelving into the Trolley for us.
She then proceeded to assist us at the Register, then helped us push the Trolley to the Exit Door.
She was amazing. It's so refreshing to see people care for others so much.
Thanks so very much for all your efforts and caring nature.
You are an asset to KMART.

Big shout out to the young guy that helped me out today in Kmart. I needed a Knockdown furniture item he went above & beyond to assist me.As a small retail store owner myself it was great to see this staff member help me out. Shout out to the female Manager on today also, she also assisted me & was great. 10/10 Kmart.

Great Prices and Greaat Products.

I went to kmart-Werribee to buy the suitcase which i needed to buy urgently. Prerna- The manager at Kmart saw me confused and approached asking me if i need any help.She truly cares about what the customer needs are and went truly above and beyond to make sure i make the right decision of buying suitcase. I highly recommend her and please say hello if you see the happy and bubbly face of her. I really appreciate Prerna for helping me out. I wish you the very good luck❤❤

Household items to technological items is there in a good price ompare to other store. It opens 24x7

Tough to manage such a big store especially at peak times having families going through the joint. All in all the place has been kept in pretty good condition and I was able to wheel around my son comfortably.

Great costumer service, I left one of my shopping items at the counter. When I backed there the staff helped me to get another one. The item wasn’t expensive but their very nice behaviour was the thing. Thank you
