As a 22 year old that has never brought a used car before from a dealer I was stressed to say the least. Let alone the car being 1700km away from me and not being able to see it in person! Con at John Cole Toyota in Atherton was amazing from the initial conversation to the reassurance when I was scared and to the organised truck that shipped my car to me in Brisbane. 100% recommend this business to anyone out their looking for a car.

We are travelling Australia and discovered that we needed a rear main seal replaced for our 200 series Landcruiser. Contacted John Cole Toyota, they were prompt, courteous and thorough. Picked-up my new Prado recently from John Cole Innisfail and wanted to say how wonderful Sales Consultant Lisa Follett was throughout the entire process; from initially brining the vehicle to our home in order that my wife would test drive through to delivery and after, i.e., the day after picking up the car, Lisa was available and willing to rectify a minor issue. Also Business Manager Kelly Walker, efficient and fast in helping us make the purchase work. Can't speak highly enough of these two women; John Cole is fortunate to have such talent. Absolutely recomend.

Good assistance with fitting us in and it appears to be a vg service. Only minor issue was that on all other services the vehicle has been washed and vacuumed. Never mind I will have to do it myself.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I think it is one of the few places I've struck in Atherton that understands customer service. And I don't even own a Toyota!
