John Cole Isuzu UTE

Bought a new Isuzu MUX from Brisbane. Took it in to Isuzu Atherton for its first free service. They had a loan car ready for me to use. They called me when the service was completed. The car was washed and ready to go. Excellent seamless service.
6 months later I had a minor fault with my front camera not working. Again booked the car in. They had a loan car ready. Called when all done. All under warranty. Can’t fault their service. The lovely lady who greeted me as I walked in knew her stuff well and was very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with Tom Kronk at John Cole. An absolute genuine bloke who is not your average salesman. It felt more like I was having a chat with a mate who had my best interests in mind. He told me the positives and negatives of every vehicle, including the positives and negatives of vehicles he didn't even sell to ensure I was making the best choice for myself. They beat every other dealership by a country mile with the price, and to make things easier for me Tom stayed back well after their closing time so I was able to pick up the car.

Every time I have been to John Cole Isuzu, I have had excellent experiences. The staff are extremely polite and accomodating, and have worked hard to assist me through purchasing a new vehicle and then ensuring any minor issues have been addressed in the time since. Today I had a particularly positive experience with Liam, the service manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He took the time to run me through the work that was done and make sure I was happy with it - fantastic. The staff working behind the scenes are obviously very efficient as well, as all work I have had completed there has always been done very quickly and to a high standard. Thanks guys!

On a lengthy road trip. The traction control light on our MU-X was coming on and off on normal cornering so asked if they could check despite no booking. Right away Tony the operations manager took the car for a road test, checked sensors, suspension, tyres and diagnostics and did another road test to confirm it was safe to continue. No charge. Fantastic service and support which we never expected in today's world.
