Great fresh produce & huge variety of goods in the deli & aisles

Nice big store....lot more variety than woollies...

Even though the cost of living has decided to raise its ugly head we all need to pay for our shopping simple as that oh well these things happen in life.

My housemates and I’s “go-to” grocery store. The girl supervising self checkout regularly makes our shopping experience a 10/10. She’s remembered us after about a week and makes an effort to converse with customers, she definitely deserves some extra recognition for her work ! :))

Friendly service, spacious aisles and has everything a supermarket should have.

i thought i would quickly just write a little something for the young girl i saw working last week. She was very efficient at packing the shelves and i thought she deserves some appreciation. I took a glimpse at her name badge Tia was her name.

Been here many times. Good range of groceries plenty of trolleys and parking. Self service check out is available.

Ok I don't do self service

Very good. I quickly and efficiently was able to move through the various aisles and use the convenient markers to find my way to what I needed. There were more than enough self check out counters in relation to the number of people in the facility, so foot traffic was flowing smoothly. Shopping in coles figtree was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Coles Figtree has a bigger fresh produce section (compared to surrounding branches). Convenient free parking available. I also love that it's in the mall, so you can shop around or eat there as well.

Coles is the only supermarket that sell the cat food my cat will only eat, Cole's have very competitive prices with Woolies & their specials come a little more often than the other top supermarkets & the flybuys points are so much better than the rewards card for other centre's!

Quick and easy to get in and out of for a quick shop or a big one

They are currently updating and upgrading Coles Figtree and the aisles are narrower and a lot of things have moved and there are a lot less assisted checkouts at the moment. The staff are very helpful!

Great service but not a great choice of frozen stock

We went here the other night my children were absolutely crazy we were served by louis and omg what an absolute champion he was so kind so calming and didnt even blink and eye at my kids touching his stuff he even helped my son to put the groceries into the trolly he was amazing thank you!

Have to go here to pick up online orders as Wollongong Central is car pickup only. Worth coming to Figtree Coles though, orders are always packed really well and with care, well-stocked too.

Friendly staff, you can find what you need with ease and fresh produce at the forefront of this store. No question 5 stars.
