Chris was extremely knowledgable and his customer communication skills were very much appreciated and respected as he made sure to call me throughout the process to keep me updated and aware of issues that were going to be quite costly- of course getting approval before doing anything the client doesnt consent to.

My car was quite neglected but Chris and his great team made sure the service and aircon fix got done same-day ready for me to go to work early the following day.

Hobbled into Atherton on monday morning with overheating problems on our Triton. Chris and Sonia very helpful and although super-busy, managed to fit us in on the wednesday morning. Had our problem (a very wrecked radiator which ultimately needed replacing) sorted by that afternoon and another radiator installed at a very reasonable price. Price quoted was exactly what was charged even though Chris found a couple of other issues and fixed them too. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Been dealing with Chris and Sonia with our 2 cars for the past 2 + years from regular services to maintenance repairs including recently fitting a new motor. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Genuine, caring, down to earth people. They have helped us so much! Highly recommend AVS.

We had an overheating problem when arriving into Atherton on our way up to Cape York. We called in and the owners were so helpful, they identified the problem immediately and ordered a radiator which arrived the next morning and at 7am they were fitting it. They even let us have their car whilst the fitting was being done. You could not have asked for more pleasant people to deal with and the service was amazing. Thankyou Brett & Kerryn

Had a coolant leak. Chris found it, repaired it, & through his vigilance detected carbonisation in the oil pump. Repaired that off his own bat. Top professional, & Sonia too. Highly recommend!
