I want to thank Dr Meg for her professionalism and empathy when we unexpectedly had to have our beloved Pixie put to sleep. I will be forever grateful for her guidance and care at this saddest of times. All the staff showed amazing compassion. Thank you from Ron and Margaret. RIP darling Pixie 💔

We’d highly recommend tropical vets, they went beyond what we were expecting with service and care for our puss.
The Handover of our pet after surgery was second none. They explained everything very clearly and thoroughly.

Dr Parker has been a fantastic vet. We have 2 border collies, one with severe anxiety issues and we appreciate the patience and kindness Dr Parker always shows. We are very grateful

These people are amazing. I wasnt sure my cat, Klawz, would even survive the drive when I took him in suffering from snake bite. For 7 days he was critical, but thanks to the wonderful care and commitment he came home on day 8. He is back to his normal self again, just 3 weeks later. I was updated 2 or 3 times per day, and was allowed visitation. I cannot thank the staff of Tropical Vets Atherton enough for their dedication and care. I found the staff absolutely lovely. I can only give 5 stars but if I could give more I would. Thankyou so much Tropical Vets. Klawzy thanx You too. A+

How can we thank the girls at Tropical Vets enough. Our treatment today while we were having our beloved Champ euthanized was above and beyond the call of duty. They treated my husband and I with the utmost care and thoughtfulness. Not to say how Champ was treated. I t was beyond the call of duty. Thankyou all once again. In all my life no other vet practice is close to tropical vets, honest, caring, compassionate, 11out of 10. Saved my dogs life twice once on a Sunday long weekend! Only ones willing to help. I drive past closer vets to go to tropical vets because I "trust them"

Excellent vet, haven't been to many but this is by far the best one I've been to! The vet took the time to get to know my dog and built trust with her (which is important to me since she has a history of abuse). She got lots of treats during the experience and left so so happy. Actually had to lift her into the car because she didn't want to leave! 6/5 stars!

I have been taking my babies to Tableland Veterinary Service - Atherton for many years & they are great. However, I would like to say thank you to Tropical Vets - Atherton for loaning their Ultrasound machine to my vet when theirs wasn’t available so that my Tinkabelle could get the urgent treatment that she needed. Heartbreakingly, Bella is no longer with me 💔, but I am so grateful for your help. Thank you 💗

Great to deal with, rushed in after hours to help out cat who was down with a tick. All the staff are great and friendly. They take the time to explain things and let me know how she was going. Very thorough care. Thank you!

We just had our 6 month pup spayed at Ready Vet. I'm taking the time to write because we were so pleased with the treatment and service provided. Matt and Cat have set up an excellent business offering a welcome level of care. Thank you to all the great staff too.

A very friendly vet practice. The staff are so caring and helpful. They all love animals. Dr Matt is always very thorough when examining and treating my dogs. Totally happy with the service and would recommend Ready Vet to any pet owner.

Went in to ask some questions about puppies in general and Cat took time out of her day to speak to me for about half an hour! Matt at ready vet has been our vet ever since. What a fantastic team with wonderful service! The reminders every 3 months for her tick and flea treatments are wonderful too!

I highly recommend Ready Vet, I have found Dr Mat, Cat and the team to be highly professional, caring and informative. Dr Mat was amazing when my young daughters guinea pig was ill, she was very distraught, he was kind, caring, sympathetic and followed up afterwards, he provided an outstanding service in a sensitive situation.
When we were new at owning a dog, we found Ready Vet to be very helpful as they were knowledgeable, interested, thorougher and gave good advice. Thank-you!

Matthew & Catherine provide excellent service. They and their staff are all very professional, kind and caring. Have been taking our animals to Matt and Cat (Dog) since they opened and have always found him/them and there staff to be efficient and kind.
Matt and Cat are always happy to discuss options and doesn't encourage your decision one way or another. He states the facts and type of treatment and leaves it to you to decide the best course for you and your budget.
I would highly recommend them.

absolutely fabulous service. Unfortunately we have moved to the Gold Coast so we have had to find a new vet. Not easy at all too much choice. Our dogs will miss all the friendly staff. So grateful to Sarah as she went above and beyond twice to find our dogs ancient microchip numbers. The Veterinary advise and timely action in a sensitive case with my late pet Pheobe was handled very well by the team. Dr Matt and Dr Sophie took on my dog to give her every last possible option after being run over by a car and having very extensive injuries. My pet and best friend was treated with respect and made very comfortable. Upon my decision to euthanise her I was given respect in my decision with emotional support by the lovely staff. In her last minutes Pheobe was comfortable and allowed to pass peacefully. I am very greatful to everyone involved and have the up most respect for the skill level of everyone who works at Ready Vet. I highly recommend this vet clinic and consider it a privledge to have such a wonderful clinic in our community.

I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Ready Vet. Poppie loves Matt and his advice is always highly professional and with your pets best interest at heart. Sarah and the girls go above and beyond to assist in anyway they can and it’s nice to see their smiling faces when your pet isn’t well. I know my pet is in the best hands at Ready Vet and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you 😊
