Doug did a great job with my boyfriend’s bike. We called him a few times and he was always available. Good price. But most of all, it was a pleasure to meet him, he’s a really nice, kind and happy person. Thank you Doug!

The Bicycle Workshop was the best experience I have had in a very long time.

Doug was able to schedule 1 on 1 time at very short notice that fit my schedule and allowed me to complete a project I had been struggling with for a long time.

Doug was very thorough in explaining every thing we did. I was able to get hands on under Doug’s watchful eye.

The end result is that I was confident to ride a bike I had built myself with Doug’s help. I will be back a number of times to The Bicycle Workshop to expand my bike knowledge. Thanks Dr Doug.

What a great bloke Doug is. Had a problem with my mountain bike on a public holiday, i contacted him and without hesitation he told me to bring it in and he will look at it. Even tho it was a public holiday. And he fixed it. Doug knows his stuff. Anytime day or night, day off or not, Doug is always their ready to lend a hand when the others wont. Fully fitted workshop, spare parts and a huge amount of bike knowledge which money simply cant buy. Go and see Doug for any problems or servicing with your bike, anytime. Really nice bloke to deal with too. Thanks again for all your help mate. You've gained a life long customer.

Doug is an absolute legend, knows bikes inside out, operates within flexible hours (often outside of your average hours) and you'll always be glad you engaged him.
He met me an hour after I called, professionally sorted me out on the spot and was great for a yarn in his dedicated bike barn while he did it.

I was coming in to the Tablelands from out near the Gulf for a weekend of riding. On Friday evening I realised my bike needed minor but crucial attention. Texted Doug to see if he could help the next day. He responded quickly and positively. Did a great job on the immediate problem and gave it a once over while he was at it. Helpful, friendly, informative - highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with getting parts of my bike fixed/serviced. Right from the first phone call I received friendly service and offered flexible times. The work was completed quickly and at a great price. Brake’s bled, bars cut, dropper post fixed and wheel trued, work is perfect.Will be getting all our bike stuff done here from now on!

Coming for the Tour of the Tropics from Sydney you can at times have an issue with your bike off the plane.
Being time sensitive Doug had the bike back on the road within 30 minutes of calling him at 6.00 pm.
Unbelievable service and his bike knowledge, talking me through the issue and then giving the bike a complete once over was beyond expectations.

Doug sorted the issues on my eMTB real fast and had me back on the trail quick. He didn't charge hard like most of them either. Real nice guy too.

Pretty big repairs all new parts and done in 1 3/4 days. Opened late to accommodate my picking up the bike as I was leaving town for a couple of days. Explains everthing. Goes the extra mile. Very satisfied customer.

As I frequently ride in Atherton it is super awesome that Doug flexes his time to fit in breakdowns so you can keep riding, also his knowledge of bike parts and upgrades that will benefit your riding style are first class, every time my bike comes out of that shop it rides like glass soo smooth.

Doug was able to identify and diagnose the mechanical issue with my mountain bike and offer good advice on the way to rectify it. Recommend using if you are in Atherton for MTB. Thankyou Doug!
