Nicely designed store with wide range of high quality products, and I got the best shopping experience with Ish (the Indian man), very knowledgeable of the products. When I asked him for a recommendation, instead of just saying boring line like “all of them are great”, or saying random stuff to fool a customer just like most salespeople I met, Ish just demonstrated perfectly how to use the products while explaining step by step, also he demonstrated how to maintain the products. Above all, he was honest (a very rare quality of a salesperson), he stated both the good and bad of each relevant product. That’s how a salesperson should be, instead of covering the downsides, which doesn’t make any sense because we know there is no perfect product, we just need to know which product suits our needs.
I came in the store to buy 1 thing, instead getting out of the store having bought 2 things with no regret at all.
I highly recommend this Godfreys store!

My Hoover Ultra stick vacuum cleaner is 5 months old. It kept showing flat battery 5 seconds after a full recharge. I had rung the store earlier and spoke to Brad. On arrival he did a quick inspection. All of the filters were clean but I had failed to unclog the spinning power head attachment which shuts the unit off if it's placing strain on the bearings. Very helpful and polite, Brad gave the unit a clean, another quick test and charged the unit whilst I shopped. The vacuum is as good as new. So thankful for the excellent Customer Service I received today. Good job Brad!

When I visited this store a couple of weeks ago, I encountered the BEST customer service I think I've ever experienced, thanks to the young Indian man who helped us. He was attentive, charming and really knew his stuff. I think his name was Isha. I left feeling on top of the world, and with a machine he helped me understand better and get working again. I wish more people in stores had his positive attitude. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and I thank him.

I was looking for a vacuum cleaner that can be in budget and can also trust with quality and reliability. I went to Godfreys Belmont store when a nice
guy Ishaan serve me. he shown me 3-4 vacuums and described me their difference in quality and reliability. In the end i bought one German made Hoover vacuum. Its a good vacuum. Great service Ishaan!

Brad was extremely helpful the first time when I visited to buy a vaccum. I had recently returned to buy a steam mop which once again he was able to point me in the right direction for the right product for me. He was super trustworthy and an honest sales rep.

Thank you to Brad and the helpful staff at Godrefy's in Belmont. I purchased my third commercial vacuum cleaner today as my small cleaning business is quickly expanding. Brad was helpful and friendly offering great customer service, and industry knowledge. Highly recommend.

Sale Assistant Ishaan was brilliant ! He was so knowledgeable , friendly and accomodating that I ended up buying some extra stuff along with my purchase.

Great customer service! Ive been in 3 times and always greeted with a smile. I particularly love my Hoover Air Stick Pro. Great for everyday use, powerful suction, easy to empty and clean and theres an adaption for everything!
Hopefully I wont need to buy another vaccum for 10years, if I do, I know where to go!

I visited Godfreys Belmont on Sunday to purchase a new vacuum cleaner and James was just awesome. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got something that suited my needs and budget perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate in going back again - plus my new vacuum is great!

I was after a vacuum cleaner that was on sale. I couldn't find it in the other Godfreys store I had checked out. Brad from Godfreys in Belmont was a great help. Although they didn't have it in store, he managed to get one in for me within a couple of days and at the sale price. Great service!

Beyond impressed with the customer service at this store! Brad, Blake or Ben (terrible with names sorry) was genuinely wanting to help us wherever he could and was so keen on getting our vacuum fixed as soon as possible for us (turned out to be a simple blockage). Went to Godfreys in Belmont today and was served by Brad, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. I was extremely happy. Brad even went and got me a trolley whilst I minded the shop for a minute. It was in good hands Brad I have been a shop owner before, I am sorry I didn't make a sale though. Highly recommend you visit Godfreys Belmont Forum shop.

After having trouble with a product I was really at the end of my tether. I took the product in and the amazing Ish and the store manager took a personal interest straight away; going above and beyond for me to get the product to 100%. I am so thrilled with this amazing service, this isn't something you see often any more.

We picked up the new Wertheim W9000 & Evolution Stick yesterday after our W6030's motor failed after 12 years. What a difference in cleaning ability as we thought the old unit performed well, but after a couple of quick passes on the rugs it was amazing how munch ingrained dirt there was. The tests that I did on the same rug were amazing. Initial pass with the Evo Stick filled half of the canister, first pass with the standard attachment on the W9000 filled a 1/3rd of the diverter, last pass with the power head on the W9000 filled the diverter by another half of fine dust which is invisible to the eye until compacted in this.

Highly recommend the package deal on offer at the moment for the extra couple of hundred additional between the W9000 and an alternate $250 Stick vac. Also highly recommend to add the diverter to the W9000 to see how much extra you save on going into the bag and how clean your house actually is.

Appreciate the assistance and highly recommend Brad who provided detailed knowledge in all the products and will be seeing you in a few months for a new Steam Cleaner.

Just came in to get some carpet shampoo and I made a mistake with what I purchased. The guys there were fantastic and a big help. Greatly appreciate the understanding and will be coming here from now on for all supplies

Great attentive service. Assisted me with the Black and Decker Dustbuster, also gave me great insight into why my Hoover at home maybe not picking up properly.
