Great experience at Petbarn Belmont.
I was looking for a bed and a toy for my recently adopted rescue pup. I was welcomed by Kathleen, Annalee, Anthony and another lady whose name I did not get. The team were super kind, approachable and full of knowledge.
Thank you to the lovely team at pet barn you guys are wonderful! My pup loves his bed and toy! ☺🐾

Lovely staff, the groomers are fantastic!! I could barely explain what I wanted but they understood the brief and my dog looks incredible. So kind with the dogs and great pricing.

Friendly staff, great range of products, easy to use dog wash self serve stations.

Always great customer service from the Belmont team, you walk in and you’re greeted with a smile and same when you walk out. Best store to shop at. They give my dogs cuddles every time I am there. If I can get the item there I will never look elsewhere no matter the price. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other stores.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and well organised store.

We had our Toy Poodle groomed last Thursday at PetBarn. As always the service was very efficient - she was ready in 1.5 hrs. And we think she looks gorgeous!!
Their prices are also very competitive. The only downside is that you’ve got to book well ahead, but that’s obviously because many know they provide a great service. Thank you PetBarn Belmont - you’ve got some great groomers!!! 🐾 ♥

Nice new location with all the pet products you could need under one roof. There are also two dog washing stations available.

Love this store always greeted with a smile the staff are very welcoming they are always willing to help you great selection of products for your pets.

I have always found the staff helpful and accommodating! Even the dog gets a treat while we shop😊 If it hadn't been for the staff letting me know about the return policy I would have lost over $150 in dog food. So I'll be using Petbarn Belmont from now on!!

They were very helpful in all my needs as a customer. They stayed and explained everything to me what I had to do for my rescue cat that I have no control over and no interaction with.

There is always a friendly atmosphere here, and the staff is always willing to help. Depending on my dog's breed, they recommend products that will be suitable for me. Stock is available in a good variety and there is something for everyone.

My wife and I come here often with our dog. The staff are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. This is one of the bigger Petbarns I've seen, with a wider variety of products than most (including products for unusual pets).

When we moved from Melbourne in November 2018, I got my 3yo son’s first Perth betta from here. A red veil tail male betta. Staff were incredibly friendly and offered advice or admitted when they didn’t know much and fetched someone who did. I’ve spent at least $3k at Pet Barn/City farmers since we moved and just love their friendly atmosphere.

I was served with great support and a polite service from Anthony. Very efficient and helped me with exactly what I needed. Great work Anthony 😊
