Officeworks Belmont

Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly with full of knowledge of products. I needed to go in to purchase a few items and with the help of one of the friendly staff there I managed to purchase what I needed and was confident on my purchases. The store is well stocked, neat & tidy, & prices are comparable to other similar stores.

Wow, you are so lucky to have an employee like Kerryann! To have such a bubbly, friendly and helpful staff member go above and beyond for you is such a rarity these days. I’ll be back for sure!

Came in with my wife to purchase Instax Mini film. Online said it was in-stock but on arrival to the store only the larger size was. Flynn offered to open a larger pack to split and sell at the other price. He was extremely helpful and kind. Very much appreciated. It's staff like that who put a smile on your face.

The young lady working at the point of sale position at the door, approximately 1:30 pm on Christmas Eve - you provided the best customer service I received all day, and you were my first up for the first Christmas present - I did my entire family’s shopping after this up until 6 pm at multiple shopping centres, and you were handsdown the most cheerful and friendly - and I just wanted to say thank you.

(I would say that I will be returning customer, but just like someone could not return - Officeworks is addictive #stationerylove 😉

Best Officeworks experience ever on Sat 23rd Mar 24 because of Alice, in particular, and Oliver. Alice's patience and kindness while she crossed the highest bar of customer care, was Extraordinary, Oliver was brilliant with his unassuming but brilliant Helpfulness!

The chap that was looking after the printing early this morning has got to be one of the most helpful people I've experienced in any business. It had a ripple effect of calming me down for the remainder of the day

I attended at this store today, 4 Jan 2024, looking for some old Epsom ink cartridges. A delightful young woman, named Maureen, went above and beyond to try to help me, showing great patience with my lack of technical knowledge. Unfortunately, the ink cartridges I was seeking are no longer available via Officeworks, but Maureen was a Godsend. I hope the Officeworks appreciates what she brings to the store's customer service.

A huge thanks to the staff at Belmont Officeworks who kept my credit card safe after I accidentally left it in the store and returned it to me when I went back to the store three days later. Honesty and service like this is to be highly commended!

I couldn’t be more pleased by the incredible customer service I receive every single time I come into this store. I work across the road so I pop in quite a lot to get work supplies and the staff are always so friendly, helpful and just go out of their way to help me every single time. Denish and Maria were very useful and attentive today while I was shopping there. It took a total of 10 mins in the shop during my lunch break to get everything I need. Awesome, will definitely coming back.

Great service. Staff were really friendly and polite when I bought an instax camera.

We wanted to write an review as we had the best experience whilst getting a wedding photo on canvas, which didn't happen as there was a mistake made, BUT what we got in return was amazing, Photo framed and extra photo's, Just wanted to shout out to Michael and Owen at the Belmont store for staying back past their closing time to fix the mistake and made sure we left with the photo for my Mother in Law on her 70th, you guys are awesome thank you!

5 stars for Matt in the print department. I went in with a document, I needed set 4up, printed on card. Matt was extremely helpful and friendly considering my next to nothing knowledge of anything computers. He set it up, printed & cut them, all in 20mins. Fantastic job, very happy, Thank you Matt 👌🙂

Leena was very helpful on thursday night in helping me enlarge a photo without changing the quality of it. She didn’t rush the process and made sure I was happy with it.

I usually go to another Officeworks but I desperately needed a poster - just one A Frame poster - printed tonight.

Despite another Officeworks letting me know my 1 poster print would "be ready in about 3 days" as they have a lot of jobs, I called in and spoke to Nisha who said it can be done tonight. On arrival, Nisha and Sue printed it for me on the spot.. while doing other work too. Thanks a lot! Keep up the great work
