He is patient and takes the time to explain the differences between brands for items that I am looking to purchase. I travel the distance even though there is another store nearer to home just for the top-class customer service that Isaac can provide me with. Thank you for your service. Just leaving a review for the customer service I received on Sunday 25/2 (didn't grab their names) but the two gentleman that helped switch out a old phone plan they were friendly, helpful and straight the point to thank you again.

Great experience at this store with Marco being a standout in customer service, knowledge, price matching and honesty in pros and cons of product options in a large order we needed. When we did have an availability issue from the supplier on one product, he went out of his way to source it. Thanks Marco, your the reason we will continue to buy local from this store.

I think the staff here are outstanding and back by a great manager. We have pretty much purchased all our house appliances here. We always get the best price and better if we find a better one. I’ve returned things and been treated fairly.

Bought a portable air conditioner was in out of store in 10 minutes. Unfortunately after just two weeks it started hissing even when switched off, likely a refrigerant leak. Immediately returned the item to the store walked out with a replacement hassle free just as quickly as the original purchase. Great staff and customer service.

Had a great experience. I bought a faulty Air-Con, when I called staff were helpful and forthcoming with information. When I got to the store everyone was friendly and very helpful, I was able to exchange my faulty aircon quickly and pain free. Thanks folks.

Went in today 7th Sep 2021 to purchase a new washing machine. My mum and I were asked by 2 other staff members if we needed help, we declined.. However Travis came along and took customer service to another level.. Not only did he listen to what we were after, but his recommendations and knowledge of products were appreciated. We brought it purely because of the features but his level of service closed the deal.

I went in to purchase a Xmas gift and staff helped advise on the best option. It didn’t take long to be served and the facilities were well maintained - although it is a new site it should be.
Will purchase from there again.
