These excellent Men and Women have always helped me whenever I've done a mischief to my back..

My entire family has been going here for many years. They do a great job on the simple, and, more complex injuries. The staff are very friendly and really listen to the client. The receptionist is the best. Highly recommend.

Went here for a post operative treatment for my left knee.

I had a physiotherapist named Laura and she was great. She talked me though all of the exercises I needed to do when I went home and was great to chat with during the knee therapy session

Felt comfortable and confident with the treatment I was receiving.

Will continue to go there as long as I am required to for my knee and also further in the future as a great physiotherapist is hard to find!

Unfortunately every time I see them there is something not right with me 🤪! The good thing is it always gets better after I've seen them!

Been a patient here on and off over the past 10 years. Everyone there is so lovely and friendly, and the treatments provided are excellent. They've helped me through a spinal injury, spinal surgery rehab, car accident rehab, work related injuries, and a few of life's bumps and bruises. Can't say enough positive things!

My first visit I was it total pain and had been for a week. My physio Claire, worked her magic and I walked out of there a whole lot better than I walked in. I have recommended Claire to my daughter-in-law and once she's been, it would be interesting to see what she has to say. But as for me, I am highly recommending this physio.

Can't thank Adam enough for his help. Seriously recommend physio choice. From reception to physio can't fault this business.

I had a massage with Kat earlier this week and left feeling good as new. Kat had great technique and was practical with her advice, based on my experience I would recommend her for sure :-)

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Stephane who has worked wonders on my neck over the last few months. He listened and was able to develop a list of exercises tailored to my pain. I have never felt any better and I'm now more aware of what I shouldn't be doing.

I will 110% recommend Action Physio to anyone 🙂

I walked (only just!!) into Action and Stephane told me I had an Achilles tendonopathy! I thought it would be forever until I would walk properly again let alone run!
Stephane was very patient (even when I wasn’t), my appointments were more than just getting my Achilles better, he listened to me and learned about me, my life (very complex!) and my focus to get me through! And when I was disheartened or wasn’t myself he noticed and gave options for other recovery skills.
I am back running and walking more than I was before, I found myself exercising more through my rehab to recovery than before and I now ensure I keep this consistency.

Have recently had to change physio, and was hugely sceptical on finding a decent physio again. I have seen multiple of the staff here and all of them have been extremely effective. (Saw multiple due to availablity)

Excellent sports physios especially Andrew- really understand how to manage sports injuries and provide great preventative strategies. Highly recommend
