HCF Dental Centre Penrith

My kids and I have been going to HCF dental Penrith for several years, and have always been treated with a high level of professionalism, expertise, respect and have been extremely satisfied with our treatments. The dentists and staff are so friendly and helpful, Privina on reception, Dr Khan, Dr Pie, are extremely knowledgeable and caring, and the dental assistants are all familiar faces each time we go there which takes the stress out of the visit! Long serving staff are also a testament to the happy and well functioning work environment of the clinic. Five stars for your service, thanks for looking after us!

My experience at HCF Penrith was great from start to finish. My Oral Health Therapist, Massi H was diligent, informative and skilled with his dental work. He was thorough in his cleaning and in checking and updating my records (it had been a while!). I highly recommend his service and will be booking again!

My Wife and I Visited 12 months ago for a teeth clean, x-rays and a consultation and then later a filling in a back tooth. Staff were friendly and efficient, the dentists were excellent. Billing to HCF was seamless and we ended up paying only a small excess.

I have been to HCF Dental at Penrith for a range of services including an extraction and dental prosthesis. I have always been seen promptly and have been very satisfied with the service provided. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Pai.

I've been seeing Dr Pai for years and wouldn't see anybody else. Only reason I'm in a fund is so I can keep seeing Dr Pai.

I’m very thankful to all the stuff at Penrith Clinic , I’m 74 years old and I have the best experience at the clinic every one at this clinic is excellent . I thank each and everyone for looking after me , they went beyond there duty , I was treated with respect and kindness something that it’s not happening this days. I will never go to other dental clinic . They are the best!!!

My friend has had regular dental care for decades and decided to check out the HCF dental centre at Penrith. It was below par. I hope they improve the service and respond well to customer feedback. I wish the team well and hope to see an improvement in the service. PS: My friend returned to her regular dentist (more travel involved) and was told her teeth were very good, apart from one filling needed. This was a very different opinion to that of the HCF centre.

I can't see how a full and thorough check up and clean would take less than10 minutes (including flouride). My usual HCF centre is more thorough and would take around 30 minutes for this appointment. Definitely not going to attend Penrith again.

I had a worse experience from this place. Doctors seems extremely careless causing damages to the teeth , tongue etc. They used some sort of sharp metal tools to clean the teeth caused pain all day. They did the same thing to my daughter. I will never visit this place again for sure.

I booked this place three times and they've already cancelled the bookings twice because the dentists were sick.
