Very tasty and authentic Vietnamese food. It gets chockers in here during lunchtime. Love the help yourself condiments and free tea! If you don't like coriander you will have to ask them to not put it in as it is in most of the dishes.

Super friendly and efficient service, really large servings. Got a bonus spring roll for waiting slightly longer for my food to come out, which was nice.
Beef pho soup was really tasty - among the best in Perth! Slightly let down by the beef being slightly tougher than it should be and noodles a little too soft. Stuffed chicken wings were okay, but not the tastiest - definitely benefits from dipping in some Sriracha.
Overall would recommend :)

Fast service even when very busy during the suit and tie workers lunch breaks. Food was tasty and portions seemed reasonable. Average price from $9-$13 for the bowls.

As always, delicious food and quick service.
Get there before 11:30/11:45 and you'll be able to secure a spot otherwise it'll get busy and you might miss out!

Been here few times always ordered the same, food fresh and staff friendly.

Still a great lunch but I think they've raised their prices. It was packed during weekdays so definitely still super popular .. but on the flip side it was very noisy.
There were so many choices including a full vegan menu... But on the flip side of that, it was a bit confusing.

Great fresh food at a good price. Shared 4 different dishes between the 2 of us and could barely finish everything. Total cost was only $32 for 2 people. Large menu, with lots of choices for vegetarians. Fast, friendly service and a very short wait for food, even with a packed resturant. Great ambience and the free tea and condiments were a nice touch. We will be back!

I find the food very good and prices are reasonable. I'm very particular with soup dish so if you want all-fresh & authentic Vietnamese recipe this is the place to be. Their soup base and homemade marinade fried chicken won't disappoint you.

Dined at Mama Tran's today. Had been 3+ years since my last visit. Still the same delicious food and excellent service. Trying to be objective but actually can't fault them today. Definitely won't to leaving it so long next time!

The best food ever. We went there when it was a little bit quite we thought but seriously this place gets packed in no time. The food is so fresh and they have so much variety. I had the beef noodle soup and their special fried wings which let me tell you still to this day i have not had fried wings that delicious. Deffs recommend. Will be back again

Great Vietnamese place, went with colleagues for a business lunch. Very busy but service was quick and no nonsense. Had the beef pho, soup was tasty, beef was not overcooked and noodles were good.

Love the service, fast food is on point, beautiful flavoursome meals clean fresh and quality on point. Taste like im in cabbramatta SYDNEY.. I miss home bw living in Perth. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

They do Laksa on Fridays only and I always make sure to pick one up! Very rich and generous portions, generally very busy around lunchtime but quick service and lots of flexible seating available.

Food here is a lot fresher than the branch in Claremont. The flavours here are mostly present in the dishes, and the city convenience and prices, makes it worthwhile to sit here for a meal. The place is well laid-out as there is often always a table to sit on. The shop is also a small Vietnamese grocery shop (a collection of different cooking sauces, oils and food/drink products are available to purchase as well). The staff here are very friendly and attentive, and are always up for a chat. If you can, stick to this Tran instead of the Claremont one.

Cleaniest broth of Pho I’ve had. Unfortunately, opening hours are pretty bad. I can only come here if I have a day off. But who wants to come out to eat when you have a rare day off? Well it was a rare occasion and I did and it was worth. But I probs will never go again due to opening hours unless you work in the city and you work in the office. Lucky for you

Fresh, delicious and clean. Also very well priced for what you get. I love thos place just wish it was open weekends so I could go for lunch more often. Highly rate this venue for a delicious vietnamese lunch. Great premises amd awesome ramge on menu.

I was recommended to try this Vietnamese out. Expectations were high and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the vegie Bahm mi and it was probably the best one I had in the CBD. Perfect portion, tasty and reasonably priced. Would keep coming back.,

Some of the Best Vietnamese eats in Perth. From Rice noodles soups, Rice Rolls, Noodle Salads and a great Laksa on Fridays makes a great lunch both eat in and take away.
