7-Eleven

I'm frequently in this store getting a coffee or snack.
It's usually very busy, but what makes this place so handy and useful are the continual and vigilant efforts of the staff. They are helpful and efficient, seemingly fully understanding the customers' needs and general hurry.

Very impressed with service, served by young lady, honest and hardwork. The store was very tidy .saw some stupids were giving her hard time but she remained organized. It really hard to put up with these people but for me its definitely 5 stars for her. Company should proud of her service and efforts.

I make the best coffee planet. Period. The second best coffee made in Australia is the barista machines at the 7-11 stores. ESPECIALLY the one on William street.

Literally every single ‘barista’ made coffee is just throwing your money away so you can say you tried the latest (which must be the best!) coffee house in town. Perth makes the worst coffee in the world and they ALL make the same mistake!

And the staff are also awesome!

Eh... it's okay... nothing like the 7-Eleven stores in Asia which are amazing and has more delicious offerings.
The store is clean and nicely presented and the coffee is not bad so my rating is for that.

I am frequently in here to use my rewards app and constantly disappointed by missing slurpee cups, lids and supplies. As a MANAGER of a franchised store you are REQUIRED to purchase stock when it runs out. As a loyal customer I shouldn’t have to go without because of your laziness. Next time I will be taking photos of the workers and sending them to head office until something is done

Five star for staff and manager

For company zero Star they don’t care about staff people stealing and threatening to staff but 7Eleven don’t care About them . Store need Security Always as I’m working in city I observe always whenever I’m come for coffee 2-3 time People stealing and arguing with staff when staff asked to pay to them . Sometimes they ask them they going to kill them after your finish shift CRAZY 7 Eleven upper level management who don’t care about Staff life . KEEP IT UP 7 eleven with Allots stealing and staff threatening

Been there at night and there was no one at 10:47 pm to till 11:01 and the store person was missing. He/she never opened the store. No one was responding. Not gona take a chance to go there will not recommend anyone..

When I went in at 8:30, he told me that it was going to close, but there were still people in the store who kicked me out. After 10 minutes, I went in again. There were still people in the store, but they kicked me out again? Why did you just kick me out? Is the clerk racist to me?

Indian lady makes you wait an extraordinary amount of time at night. Unpackages boxes for 10 minutes + while seeing customer waiting at the window. Happens every time, extremely consistent poor customer service from her.

Nobody working at night; they just put cleaning signs all over the place and hide behind doors.

Very rude service. Visited the store today, 4pm. As a customer, I was educated not to use cash to pay my purchase because she didn’t need to accept it and not happy to provide changes. A 3mins expericence ruined my whole weekend. Skip this store unless you are desperate.

This shop is very disappointing. The nighttime staff members are not dressed in uniforms and they repeatedly neglect to attend to customers.

The staff saw us and hide inside the store. Wait for half hour never come out

Bought sandwich but looks like expired to me.. avoid for quick food.
