Newly renovated, there's now plenty of seating. Great banh mi as always. The BBQ roast and rice meals are not good value, you only get a few slices. The noodle salad with grilled meats is pretty good.

Frequent here a lot as close to work. Gets very very busy at peak lunch times. We go between 11-12, which we can order, find a table and watch everyone roll in.

Customer service is good. Great selection of meals. Won’t lie I’m always ordering the same thing (WFH a lot so daydream about soup)
Fantastic selection drinks, hot food (chips, Chico roll) and meals to order - even a lollies section.

Not a lot of seating inside and can get abit squishy but highly recommend.

I'm addicted to Banh Mi here. Really yummy and I believe it's the best Banh Mi in town. Just always busy that staffs are mostly very serious and not quite friendly.

Ive popped into these guys on and off over the last 20yrs or so. I’ve never had a bad Bahn mi roll there. Today I saw they had redone the place - transforming an okay deli into a great lunchtime eatery (with an Asian food bent). Their roll was bloody award-winning and I was very surprised that the coffee (long mac) was so good, I didn’t even put sugar in it! Highly recommend this place for quality - and price! Was blown away by my simple order. Tasty as - :)

Dig the bahn mi here. Roast pork, roast chicken and crispy chicken are awesome. They do them in wraps too which is different but would recommend. They are city prices so expect to pay $10 for a roll.

As noted by the previous reviewer, this place was completely refurbished (in 2020?), and is now a much bigger restaurant. Tends to be crowded at lunch, but the food is amazing, and I'm a regular customer here. Highly recommend the Crispy Pork Noodle Salad!

Very very good! They have a variety of goods. I had the sugar cane juice! It is delicious! The lady who served me was very friendly. The new renovation makes it look so amazing.

Best and most authentic banh mi in the inner city area. Closest thing you'll get to the real deal without having to drive to Marangaroo. The fried chicken banh mi is also fusion done right.

Go for a Vietnamese roll for lunch. Highly recommend the crispy pork. Only do them between 10am-2pm. Super quick too.
