Coles Raine Square

Fantastic location. Came here one morning, loved the smell of freshly baked bread and other pastry treats. Not overly crowded which is a plus. Plenty of self check out counters. Shelves were well stocked which is great as I visit plenty of grocery stores in the CBD and it’s not always the case.

Nice and clean, friendly staff... as a city supermarket it's not as big as the usual suburb size, ie 3/4 but still had a good range.

It's a grocery store. They have groceries and other stuff. What do you really say in a review for a grocery store?
One thing I thought was weird is how the pharmacy and toiletries are in the middle of the food aisles instead of off to the side with the cleaning supplies.

Coles Rain Square was smooth and hassle-free. There were multiple checkout counters open, minimizing waiting times, even during busy periods. The staff at the registers were efficient, and I didn't encounter any issues during the payment process. I appreciate the convenience of a quick and efficient checkout, especially when I'm on a tight schedule.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean store and well presented. The 'scoop' bin for snacks are excellent for the office, with a range from healthy to naughty. Forgotten to cook for office morni g tea? Their bakery options will save you everytime.

Really nice store with great prices for ready made hot food, coffee etc. Pity we don't have these Coles in the suburbs.

Some of the nicest staff I have ever met, from the man who served me at the deli to the gentleman who was watching over the self serve checkouts this morning! Both were in such high spirits and so kind! So nice to see people who actually look like they enjoy their job! ☺☺

Wi would like to say the gentleman who manages the self checkouts is amazing. He has such good energy and voice. I commend him for showing enthusiasm and respect towards customers. Thank you sir. Also its nicely stocked coles for a small store in the city. Good staff.

This Coles is truly the best. They understand the rush hours of office workers and will serve you super fast to not waste your lunch time. The self checkout staff are always friendly and helpful. Great customer service, well stocked shelves and great variety of hot foods/sandwiches.

Good place and good location. Has to be Barry that makes this place enjoyable to visit! He really is an asset to the place and I hope he’s recognised for that. Any job can quite easily become routine but the spark he has and the smile he puts on your face is gold. I’m there most days and if your in a mood and see Barry he will pop a smile on your face :)
