Grill'd Manuka

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL! Anyone who comes will definitely feel welcome for a nice burger feast. About that - the food is so good and fresh and high quality. All around, 10/10…wait…100/10 experience. Will always come here when I crave Grill’d!

Wow was very impressed, was expecting an average burger experience but was pleasantly surprised. I had a mini selection of three burgers ( great idea ) and they where so tasty and fresh all distinct from each other in there flavours .
I paired that with a trio of chips platter each with there own individual dipping sauces , they were very fresh and the zucchini chips were particularly tasty
My server was very pleasant and had a lovely attitude and was very attentive without being over bearing.
Very professional approach to this whole experience and I shall return again soon.

Always friendly and helpful, burgers are brilliant with BBQ bonfire being my favorite, plenty of sauce and pickles. Great place to sit and have a meal with a drink, not too busy typically and never too loud that you have to yell when talking.

Great healthy burgers, lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well as several meat options too. Favorite: Sir Truffle with mayo truffle and wagyu beef, Grill’d chips with herbs. Service was super nice and neat!

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I had recently injured myself and was unable to walk properly but staff were nice enough to even open the door for me.
Food was quick and delicious. The small human with me has a gluten allergy and they were super accommodating for that as well. It was a little loud despite the lack of people so hearing was very tricky but we eventually got out orders in.

Great burger, love the vegan and gluten free options available, especially the delicious zucchini chips, which I ate every bite of before thinking to take a picture. They were that good!

Update: Needed more zucchini chips, and tried set potato today too, took the obligatory odorous photos this time! Don't drool on your screen!

Mitch and the team at grill'd Manuka have worked hard to create an excellent store. They had no issues accommodating multiple allergies in our large group that visited. Can't wait to visit again!

The staff are what make this place! Burgers are great too! They greet every customer the second they open the door, and once they find out your name, they use it. They also donate to charity and the food is amazing!

There are some quite ordinary 'branches' of this chain but this is a good one. Food was great, love their healthy burger options and always order the Beyond vegetarian stuff.

Massive burger with a well balanced taste, recommended!

Only ever had 1 minor bad experience at this grilld out of about 10 visits it was bound to happen they're human and mistakes happen. But for the most part it's always great from the moment we arrive to when we leave. (The bad experience was our share plate had burnt like burnt they were black zucchini and sweet potato Fries)

Regular customer. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have quite a memorable experience as one time I requested a joke with my order and I was not disappointed by the result. The fact they went out of their way to complete my request is a sign of the lengths the staff here will go to too make sure you enjoy your visit. On top of all this the food is delicious. I have had a few different burgers and they have always hit the spot.

Great customer service! Menulog cancelled our order after the driver attempted delivery to the wrong address. Grill'd Manuka went out of their way to make sure we received our food - sending one of their own staff to complete the delivery. Massive thanks to the team!

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful! I’m normally not a fan of the chips as they’re too seasoned but this time they were done perfectly. Yum!

I was one of a large handful of people who must have ordered online at the same time tonight. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff were very good at communicating the wait time, and were very apologetic. Burgers were getting pumped out at an impressive rate, and mine at least had no loss in quality. There were some unhappy and rude customers, but from what I saw, the young manager and staff handled them in a polite and professional manner. Well done.

We went for the meat free Monday deal and I have to say, as a meat eater, I was impressed. The staff was polite and nice and gave us just the right amount of attention without being overbearing. In overall, a great experience and we are likely to visit again.

Been missing a good old beef burger lately. Not any more this vegan cheese burger 2.0 was just what I needed.

We eat at Grill'd regularly in Sydney and found our experience in Manuka to be exactly as we would experience at our local.. well done to all

Great atmosphere nice craft beer selection. No chicken salt on chips it's a herb salt.
