High Street Dental Penrith

We have been customer since 2017. Have the most peace of mind service from elderly to kids. Treatment options were always explained and needs were always noted. Emergency appointment were fulfilled as much as the practice can. Love the team! Great local dental practice. 5 Stars

I have found my dentist in Penrith finally!! They we clean , professional , empathic , educated and understanding of my nervous questions. Both the dentist and assistant were patient and at the same time, swift with removing my wisdom tooth. They also didn’t try to push products or sales techniques and had a very respective price tag, enough to make you feel your in trusted hands and reasonable enough to leave without feeling ripped off . I’m really happy I found this practice . I highly recommend .. and I’m in a lot less pain than I expected too..

I hadn't been to the dentist in 19 years and was expecting harsh retribution and critical, judgmental comments. I got the exact opposite. Dr. Ed Chang was professional, thorough, kind and respectful. I would recommend him and High St dental to anybody. Thank you for a wonderful, not threatening and informative experience :)

A huge thank you to Dr Adrian Lim and the wonderful reception staff (sorry, I'm horrible with names!) for making me feel so at ease. I always get so nervous when it comes to my teeth, but Dr Lim is gentle and friendly, and he explains things as he goes, so there's no fear about what's happening.

Fantastic dental practice. 10/10 for professionalism, knowledge and empathy toward my son who needed urgent treatment. I cannot thank all of the staff enough.

A really good experience for an emergency situation. Very caring

The reception staff and assistants are lovely but I had nothing but trouble with the orthodontist.
He was always in a rush so I had to make constant return trips on the same day to get things re-attached. He simply wouldn't listen when I explained that it had come off while I was not eating or while eating mashed potato or just on the drive home.
Things that fell off my teeth while I was brushing them was included both retainers which I have now had to pay another dentist to replace. They have been attached now for several months with no further problems.
The orthodontist was rude and dismissed my concerns and my questions, didn't listen and I only got answers when I asked his receptionist to intervene.
Cannot recommend High Street Dental.

This place was shared with me because of the good reviews/ratings.
The service was satisfactory. The facility was very dated considering the fact that they charged double any other clinic in the area. I should have spoken up about the cost of the consultation on the spot. In hind sight I should have checked the costs before I went in. I paid $255.00 for the first visit, everywhere else is $129.00 for the same services rendered.
You got my business this time... But never again..😊

Dentist is average and reception staff are unhelpful and rude. Poor service overall! There much better dentist clinics around Penrith - super happy we changed dentists!
