Edward is a very generous and friendly host, we came in super late and stayed up to greet us. Offered us so much kindness and hospitality it really made our short stay in coober pedy a memorable one. Very lovely opal jewellry too, reasonably priced to boot! Lovely rooms, lovely place, lovely hosts, def worth the stay!

I have stayed at many places in Coober Pedy and this is by far my favourite. The owners are great. The rooms are always immaculately clean. It homestly feels like you are staying at somebody's nice house, rather than at a hotel. If you are going to stay in Coober Pedy this is definitely your best bet. 5 stars. Tom

One of my favourite places to stay in the world! Having stayed and lived in hotels around the world, my favourites are always those with friendly hosts and quality focused. Underground BnB is our go to place to stay in Coober Pedy, whether as a couple or when kids are visiting. (We stay in the underground rooms, haven't tried the above ground yet)

Wow! What an amazing experience! Buzzing from the opals my son and husband found in the carpark! As a host, Edward exceeded our expectations, with full knowledge of the area and tips on what to do. Our accommodation was wonderful, clean and made us feel so at home. Wish we could stay longer, but grandchildren are fretting. Hope to see you again. Your kiwi friends, Andy, Lesley, Gareth and Amy

I've stayed at a few places in Coober Pedy when up there working and this was by far the best so far. The underground apartment had everything you need, was very spacious with all the creature comforts we've become accustom to like WiFi, full kitchen and TV in every room. The service was excellent! I couldn't recommend it enough, you won't be disappointed.

Beautifully appointed, very spacious rooms! I booked the family room for myself and my dog, great to be able to stay in such a nice place with her during our trip back home. The rooms are lovely with a big outdoor dining area, kitchen and laundry. Edward was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived in late and tired so won't get to enjoy the space very much which is a shame - will be back for sure next trip!

This place is absolutely amazing!
Edward is a very friendly and down to earth person, couldn't ask for a better host.
The place is great value, very spacious and very comfortable, also pet friendly!

It was only myself and my dog that stayed while passing through to Adelaide but whenever I come back this way I will surely stay again.

A trip highlight. A spacious underground apartment with kitchen and lounge. The rooms had private bathrooms. Welcoming, friendly owners. I loved the exposed rock walls and roof, which were great for photos. A very comfortable stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. It is cozy and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need. A kitchen with cooking facilities, outdoor BBQ area, and beautiful shared living areas. The bedrooms had crisp clean sheets and fresh fluffy towels. The bathrooms were spotless and the ensuite rooms had hair dryers available. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you to Edward & Susan for their amazing hospitality. And Edward for his virtual tour of Coober Pedy.

Loved this place. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated.
Our host gave us lots of information about the local area, which was great. We got to see some things which we might otherwise have missed.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.😊

This place is great! We've stayed here twice, and had an enjoyable experience. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the hallways leading down to the living areas, where you can see the marks from the tunnel boring machines.

Fantastic experience, with very amenable hosts Susan and Edward. The interior is probably 15c cooler than the exterior. Nice undercover kitchen/lounge area, underground kitchen, library, desk and sitting room. Washing machine and coffee machine in outside undercover kitchen via honesty box. Good wi-fi. Room 1 is comfortable with an en-suite. We would happily return, if in the area.

Great place to stay. A big home under 40feet of a big rock.
I've made a silly mistake on the booking but Edward(owner) was extremely friendly about it and helped us sove the problem with no delay!! They've also waited for us until we got to the establishment!!
If anyone is looking for clean, spacious and super friendly accomodation, underground bed and breakfast is place to be!!! 10/5 stars!!

After a 7 hour drive from Alice Springs which ended up with me having awful chest pains & having to spend a few hours in hospital we had no accomodation & luckily this was the only place that was open at 11.30 at night. On arrival we were greeted by the nicest man who was sypmpathetic to me & gave us a lovely room, he was really chatty & friendly. He gave us a free bottle of wine & a tour, he even went back to his office as there wasn't chocolates on the bed on arrival!! In the morning when we were in the shared kitchen he came & chatted & gave us advice & where to see.. honestly such a nice man with amazing accomodation! The room looked freshly painted & everything was so clean & the shared facilities were brilliant. Could not fault this place!!

Brother -in -law and I on a motor cycle odyssey stayed with Edward and Susan in late August 2017. Cannot fault the facility, spotless, large rooms, modern furniture and all necessary for a self contained stay.
I had vehicle problems; Edward was only too pleased to assist to get me going. Recommend this place very highly.
