Poolwerx Butler

I came here wanting a quiet pump installed. Visited store at lunch, pump was installed 4pm. Very happy, can’t even tell the pump is running it’s so quiet, not joking. I have to walk up to the pump and look at it to see if it’s running. Highly recommend. This model is like night and day compared to the Pentair Whisperflo that was installed before. Never buying Pentair again.

This is me Moira writing again in October 23, my previous review above was I think December 22.
Another brilliant job where the emerald green algae was removed by Shane over a period of maybe 5 days. I haven’t taken the ‘ clean photo ‘ yet, but I can show below last week’s algae photo before he cleared it all. Thank you Shane, and PoolWerx.😊👍
No.3 photo was taken on Sept. 27th 2023…last week. The other 2 were from late 2022.

Contacted poolworx Butler who were able to instal pool lights same week. They look amazing and change colour, also great price. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Rarely come across a business that are in it to provide service before profit, poolwerx Butler continue to be that business. I always go to them with any pool issues and time and time again they come through for me.

Sam has been amazing helping me sort issues I was having with my pool due to previously using an incompetent pool service company. My pool is now sorted and working well. The customer service was incredible. I highly recommend this company :)

I have dealt with a number of pool care outlets in the area since i installed a fibreglass pool 18yrs ago. I have to say that Poolwerk is the ONLY outfit that has dealt fairly with getting my pool back to rights again and has charged fairly. Thomas, Shane and Jamie have been friendly, efficient and have helped with all my enquires (and i had a few!) every time. Thanks guys!

Thomas is great with his knowledge on pools and will give superb details on what you need. Shane does a great job and fixing your pool and giving it a shine in under a day. I RECOMMEND.
