Up In Smoke Butler

Went into the store to sort out an issue I had with an item I bought. Was served by the Manger, he listened to my issue and tried to fix it, when he wasn't able to determine the cause without adequate time to properly test the product, I was offered a refund or replacement. I received a replacement for another item and my name in their book to check other stores that had similar items so I can get them brought to store for my convenience. All this when they were flat out busy!
Really grateful for their fantastic customer service, something you don't see much of today. And this is coming from someone who Manages one of the arms in a major customer service business with around 600 staff! It's great you can see old school customer service still alive in small business today!
P.S: I would actually give them 6 stars if I could.

A staff member named Kyle, who normally works at this store, helped me BIG TIME while covering for somebody in Cannington. Kyle was super friendly, very knowledgeable and an absolute gem. His personality was divine and the way he interacted with my mother and myself was unlike any service I’ve had before. Beautiful soul.

What a significant store with such amazing staff! All staff are knowledgeable and helpful with their products, with happening music and greeting smiles it’s a pleasure visiting this store. Exceptional work guys 👍

Went to the butler store for the first time, was served by a blonde girl. She was so welcoming with a great smile and was so natural at her service.

Superb store!! Such a wide impressive variety of goodies for to choose from. love the cleanliness of the shop and the fact that it's not a cluttered mess like some smoke shops. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.

When I went there, their was a young fella, sorry I didn't get his name but he was very friendly and helpful he rang a few other stores to see if they had what I was looking for, which I found to be very helpful.

Went in today and the two girls were very helpful in assisting with what I needed. Will be returning to this store in the future!

came in a couple of weeks ago after having some issues with my current vape, and since i’m useless with this stuff two really helpful girls gave me some assistance and pointed me in the right direction as well as giving me some great tips and recommendations. thanks guys, i’ll be back to try some new flavours out !!!
