Woolworths Yanchep

Perth Zoo has changed since I was there last year roughly about this time. Playground for the kids, new cafe. We even got to see a tiger. I love Perth Zoo.

What lovely lad Nathan is, helped me up when I got down to look for mints. Didn’t ask he just came over thank you. Hope I have the name right. Added note to management, why are mints and Barley sugar at the bottom these are generally older people sweets.

Woolworths Yanchep left a positive impression, even if the details are a bit fuzzy. I wrote a note about the visit, "Lorraine. Lovely. Empty checkout", which suggests a pleasant experience, possibly with efficient service from Lorraine and a hassle-free checkout experience. Despite the uncertainty, it seems Lorraine did a great job, contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.

My regular go-to for groceries. Very friendly, helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile, even during busy times. Enjoy coming here.

Lots of activity happening in the shop with changes will take a little time to get use to, other than that guess change is good.

Shop here nearly every day and staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Had a little mistake today in my pick-up order, but was resolved quickly and 110% to my satisfaction. Thanks for the "sorry" present, not necessary, but totally appreciated.

I've visited twice now and both time served by Jasmine. She is an absolute credit to your store. Her customer service is second to none, always friendly, happy to help and a delight to be served by.

Very busy shop. The wait at checkout was very quick. The store was was very tidy and well layed out.

Close to road home. Has some different food options to other Woolworths. Easy access from main entrance.Easy wide isles.love the label cards on the ends of isles to quickly find main items. Love having access to paper for mopping up dripping meats etc.

The story: An elderly neighbour shopped there last week. She has macular issues and cannot see what she is buying.
She asked if a staff member could help her.
The girl said that she could not, but would get help from the office.
A man came and helped my neighbour purchase all her shopping, guided her through the checkout and before leaving her, asked if he could help her with anything else.........
Guess who he was.....

It's 3 minutes away so can't complain. Wish they didn't remove those laminated sheets of what isle to find something.

$5.80 for a kilogram of nuggets compared to Maccas being $28.44. This is perfect nugget exporter. Also there is a man, maybe a little boy, working here that makes always makes my day when a see him.

Yanchep is a lovely supermarket, nice beachy feel, lovely team, in tiny mall with maybe 15 shops. Cafe has closed down which is a shame, this mall needs one.

My local supermarket and the staff are always very helpful and smiling. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys.
