I am so thankful that I experienced a great customer service from Alan and the team in Springvale Snooze store. Alan was very patient to get to know my needs and very knowledgeable about the store products and helped me to choose the right products with confident. I had been to a few places to do my research into buying a new mattress and bed frame, including other Snooze locations and Snooze Springvale provided far superior customer service. Kayla and her manager were lovely, very knowledgeable and understanding and they ensured I got the mattress and bed frame I wanted at the price point I could afford. They made me an amazing package deal that I wouldn’t have got anywhere else. I left a very happy customer and so lucky I visited this particular Snooze store.

We went to Snooze Clayton on the weekend and were served by Alan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He wasn't pushing product and we felt supported with our decision and all questions were answered well. People like Alan are the reason a business is successful. Thank you for your help.

We had an astonishing shopping experience with James, who made good recommendations based on our budget and needs and was super patient while we tried each mattress. He also gave us an amazing deal with the mattress. We are very happy with James' service and would recommend finding him when you are looking for a new mattress.

We had a wonderful experience with staff member Alan yesterday. Alan was very knowledgeable and patient with us when we were looking at purchasing a bed for our teenager. He made the process of choosing a bed so easy.

Lovely experience with Elizabeth(red hair) when searching for head boards, bed frames and mattresses. Helpful staff. Great customisable products at competitive pricing. Wish they had other furniture too!

I would firstly like to thank Elizabeth R. working as a sales associate. She not only helped me find a new mattress but also a bed set to go with it. She really listened to me. This helped me to reveal to her that my current mattress was needing some repair and shared a very personal story with her. She absolutely handled the matter delicately and showed the utmost respect and care. She put in touch with the mattress company ‘select-o-pedic’ who did an amazing job restoring my old mattress for no charge and as a good will gesture. It looks and feel brand new. Thank you so much team! I cannot recommend the Snooze Springvale team enough!!!

Great experience!Elizabeth R is very patient with us. The manager is also nice, taking the timd to guide us instead of rushing us into making a purchase. She recommends what suits us best without pusing for expensive options. Elizabeth answers questions, provides helpful suggestions, and clearly explains the contract details.

After going to a few bedding/mattress stores in this complex I was lucky enough to deal with Julia. She was extremely helpful and offered discounts on both a mattress and a wooden frame. If I need anything in the future I’ll be coming back to this store to happily deal with the customer service team again.
