Outstanding...had a few nights in late November- a really unique experience, very tastefully decorated with a view to die for. The background noise of the birds was wonderful & Matthew was great at communicating and helping us out. A great place to get away from the crowds & relax. Highly Recommended.

This place is incredible! The views and the wildlife were some of our favorites, along with our host Matthew. We had a lovely time and were sad to leave this private paradise.

Rehab 155 is beautifully secluded with views to die for. Waking up to the sunrise and the birds each morning was gorgeous. The perfect place for a peaceful few days in nature. Would highly recommend.

Wow... what an amazing place, the views were spectacular, such a calming and peaceful place, the bath tub is huge and great to soak in with the fire going to keep warm, loved waking up to the sound of the kookaburras and the beautiful views from the bed, Thank you Matthew for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise 😀 we will definitely be coming back 10/10

Absolutely stunning location with so many extra touches to make a truly special stay. The views from every direction where superb - we saw deer, a kangaroo and gorgeous birds all from the comfort of the extra large, really comfy bed. We also got to enjoy all sorts of delicious home grown treats, the huge luxury bathtub (again with phenomenal views) and watched a movie on the projector with a cosy fire.
There is so much to do on the doorstep of rehab155 with lots of less well known spots recommended by Matthew and Mark but the place is so perfect in itself you can also just relax and enjoy the surroundings without leaving

I had a fantastic relaxing stay - exactly what I needed to wind down after months of working on a stressful project within the same 4 walls of my small city apartment, this place was the perfect antidote.

The setting is incredible - I can’t describe the beautiful valley view and birdsong with words. On my first night I sat for hours just looking over the view and listening to the birds.

The bungalow is far from basic. Everything you could possibly need is provided with incredible attention to detail.

Mark took me through how everything worked and was available for any need but the best part is the food that is/can be provided should you choose. They are delicious and huge meals - you will not go hungry. All home grown or home made/locally made/organic.

A wonderful place to stay and unwind.

Destination M was the destination to be! such an amazing spot! A wonderful accommodation. Matthew was a fantastic host and we were spoilt with a greeting with fresh honey and then many more home made treats to follow. The accommodation was on a hill top with spectacular views of the Forrest.
The first morning I was woken up my the sun rising over the mountains followed by some deer just outside the window and on our last day we had a little Echidna friend wish us fare well :) The location was about 15 minutes from the 12 Apostles and easy drives to many wonderful site seeing spots. After the day could relax in the massive bath by the fire. The accommodation was great fun with lots of things to do! board and card games, DVDS and projector and music sound systems. It really had it all :) Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

A truely magical stay, from the seemingly never ending view of Australian bush, down to the details of the interior. Every little aspect of rehab155 has been created with so much love and care, there’s a little piece of history and a story behind every aspect of the apartment. Not only is it visually beautiful, but the host Matthew made sure I was well looked after, with baked goods and also a well stocked kitchen with all the spices, herbs and pantry essentials (which were all either home grown and harvested by Matthew or locally sourced from ethical farms). The self sufficient and sustainable build of the apartment took all the guilt away from indulging (especially in the GIANT bathtub) and truly let me relax and unwind. I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect escape. I will definitely be back to make use of the kayaks, and can’t wait to experience the beautiful landscape during a different season.

Also would recommend baking some potatoes in the fireplace and topping it with Matthews home churned butter 👌

We had a magical stay at this amazing light-filled apartment, surrounded by nature, watching the mist roll in and watching kangaroos and other wildlife from our bed! Loved the decor, how private it was, and the many thoughtful and delicious inclusions like firewood and Matthew’s home-made bread and cookies, home-grown fruit, and coffee. There is even a massive passionfruit vine groaning with ripe fruit we were free to feast on (yum!!!). And all this just 10 minutes drive from the 12 Apostles. While there’s plenty of other attractions nearby (the Redwood Forest is well worth a visit), we really enjoyed spending part of every day just hanging out in the cabin. Matthew is a delight who is happy to share his knowledge of the area if you have any questions. If you get the chance to eat any of the meals he offers, grab it. The pot stickers (dumplings) were our fav. Sooooo good. Thanks Matthew for a very memorable escape.

We had such an incredible time at Rehab155. It is so relaxing to be immersed in nature, with so much birdlife around!
The hosts are incredible, and everything you could possibly need is provided, from delicious treats on arrival, a veggie garden, very comfortable bed, and relaxing bath!
The location is great as well, and we explored the Great Ocean Road, visited places on the Otway Foodie Trail and nearby waterfalls.
Cannot wait to return!

My partner and I had a lovely two nights at Rehab155.

Mark and Matthew have created a really lovely place to relax and unwind. Their place is off grid but with all the luxuries you could ever want, and they have worked hard to create a beautiful experience for guests while minimising their environmental footprint.

We will be sure to return for another visit.

Destination M was absolutely wonderful. The location is pure magic! sitting in the bath or by the fire and looking out over the valley was the most relaxing. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Mathew is a great host, he has seriously thought of everything.

A luxury off-the-grid getaway that is perfect to relax and recharge. A great location if you want to explore the Otways, but we never left the property, we just enjoyed the views and the serenity.

Do yourself a favour and order the meals as well, and remove that responsibility from your days! Delicious food and big serves, all from local providers or the gardens on the main property.

This is one of the most amazing places to stay in Victoria. Everything you could possibly need in the cabin. Stunning views, even from the shower. Beautiful produce supplied by the fabulous hosts. The perfect place to unwind. Can't possibly recommend it enough

Just spent 2 nights in heaven @rehab155. Matt looked after us, nothing too much trouble. The place is just beautiful and quirky. Special mentions, mood lighting, homemade goodies,BATH!! And everything you could need.
Dont miss checking out the main house and the gardens, amazing. This place has been a work of love and laughs im sure.

This amazing place was beyond my expectations. We were greeted with warm friendly smiles. And when we were shown around the accommodation, it was better than what we saw through the internet photos.
I also highly recommend ordering food while you are there. Not only was it great to relax and have amazing food delivered to you door. It was also homemade, organic and delicious. And with the large portions..... We were never left hungry.

This wonderful place is our annual couples retreat into pure bliss. Perfectly situated in the Otways, with stunning views, and birds all around, and secluded, you are taken away to the most perfect retreat. The food is a must. It is sooooooo delicious. Get everything you can! It’s too good to say no to. The Woodfire. The bath. The relaxing views. It is just perfect. We took the kayaks out on the river. Stunning. No one there but us. What a way to unwind from the business of city life. Absolutely recommend. Though I have loved many many places, I have never stayed anywhere twice, but here I have, because you can’t help but want to go back, every year!!! Thank you Mark and Matthew. You have inspired us to buy our own small part of the Otways, and to create an off grid place to rest, and relax, just as you have offered us with this beautiful place of yours xx

This place is amazing! Has everything you need and more. So many home made treats on arrival plus full use of herb/veggie garden. It is in a great central location to see all the sites of cape otway and 12 apostles. Great hosts are very friendly and helpful. This is off the grid living at it's finest. We will be back!
