Wallaby Childcare Greensbrough

Our daughter started at Wallaby almost two years ago. We chose the centre after going on many “tours” of other cc’s in the area. Wallaby was an easy choice after witnessing how attentive and caring the staff were. Unfortunately, we have recently moved across town and can no longer to commute to Wallaby. This wasn’t an easy decision as our family has developed a strong relationship with the centre. We would strongly recommend Wallaby and the wonderful educators to any parents!

Good experience

I sincerely hope that the management will seriously consider the following issues:

1⃣The teachers only update the children's photos once every 1-2 weeks. This means that parents are unaware of what their child is doing on a daily basis.
2⃣The app does not update the diaper-changing status of the children. Parents have to manually check the school's records.
3⃣The app also does not update how much food the children have eaten. It only mechanically updates the daily menu. As parents, we would like to know how much our child has eaten and if they enjoy the food.
4⃣There has been a significant frequency of teacher changes in the past few months, indicating poor stability among the staff.
5⃣I truly don't understand why the app is being used if it's not utilized properly. I envy other schools where parents can access all the information on the app, including daily activities, diaper changes, daily food intake, and even photos and videos. None of these features are available in Wallaby.
If you value these aspects, please carefully consider sending your child to this center.

Really really disappointed in the amount of younger irresponsible educators they are bringing in without proper training. The older more experienced ones are trustable but there are too many young educators they have brought in this past year that do nothing for the children. They do not take care of the kids at all, most of them are high-school leavers so they just sit around and chat. Simple, you cannot have inexperienced untrained children take care of other children.
