Target Greensborough

I had two amazing experiences at Target Greensborough with Angela. First time she helped me find a product that I was looking for quite some time and made sure I have everything I need. On the second occasion I was hoping to find her as I needed help to find out the difference between two products and there she was! I don’t often shop at Target but I’m definitely going back if that’s the level of customer service I can get there.

I had amazing service from a beautiful worker at Greensborough Target named 'Angela.' She was so friendly and helpful towards my young daughter and I. Thank you for all your help and for your warmth Angela! Your service was phenomenal!

Had a really great experience yesterday. We rang up to check on our click and collect order. Although it did take a little while to get through the people who picked up were so lovely and helpful. A girl picked up and transferred us to Sam in layby he told us everything we needed to know including exactly how long it was going to take before we could pick up our order! It was ready the same day we ordered! We headed down and (presumably) Sam was quick to get our order to us and had such a great attitude! Thanks Sam for helping us out!

Staff/Particular Lady near escalator registers always helpfull and a pleasure. Ditto today midday.

Angela (staff member at Greensborough) has helped me a few times now at the new self serve registers and she is so helpful and friendly 😊 thank you very much Angela 😁

It’s the biggest target I’ve ever been to! It has a great selection of different products. Good store hours and it’s own designated undercover car park. I can always find a parking spot too. I recommend coming to this target for sure. It does run out of sizes and items quickly though...

The store was chaotic with customers yet the staff were calm and focused, they were consistently restocking shelves and behind the registered. I was a little lost trying to find the certain age group and I asked this friendly staff memeber, I cant remember her name, who was busy stocking shelves and she was more than happy to show me where the age toys I was after.
Then later in target I needed to do some lay buy and another fantastic staff member was happy to take me up to lay buy and give me fantastic service. Then when I needed to leave that same lady gave me directions on which lift to use to get to the undercover car park

Quickly able to locate what I need.
This particular store seems to have a lot more homewares than most stores which makes it enjoyable to browse. Very orderly layout, easy to find what you need and staff are knowledgeable and happy to help!

One of the biggest Target's sound, across two levels you'll find lots of great products - particularly homewares!

Seems like one of the biggest Target in northern Melbourne. Had lots of varieties. It's spread over two floors and staff is friendly, seems keen to assist customers. Usually not busy and conveniently located in Greensboro plaza. Ample parking available.

Big thanks to Angela for her wonderful customer service on Wednesday night.

This store I find is always well stocked. Its a shame the whole plaza seems to have just died. Regardless, we love going here.

Easy to find warm woolly goods at affordable prices!

My girlfriend loves to shop for kids clothes at target. Overall better quality but not enough boys clothes to choose from.

The young salesman that served my was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect. I purchased a mobile phone for my grandson and he spent time comparing phones so that I got what I wanted within my price range.
