Premium Co Groceries

Nice selection of Asian groceries and drinks; clean, well stocked and well organized. Good addition to Greensborough Plaza.

Greensborough has been needing an Asian Grocery for sometime now and Premium Co does not disappoint! I loved the range of export drinks here and all the different range on offer! Although some items can be expensive, it is definitely worth the trip here and I loved the san-rio and one piece stuff! :)

Best asian gocery store in Greensborough. Got different variety that could definitely catering for everyone. The store also have a loyalty program.

That is amazing Asian grocery with fantastic and tidy environment, most of products I can find in this store. That is a great experience.

Nice selection of Asian groceries, but rude and unhelpful staff

We ordered $100 worth of pork crackling (includes $20 for shipping within Melbourne metro which is rather costly). This was 8 days ago and still the order# 24577 hasn't shipped. We tried contacting the store via "Contact Us" on their website, calling and email but no response. Where is our order??? This is a scam!!

Paying extra for faster delivery is a joke. Made my order a week ago and its status hasnt moved past "order placed".

Their customer service is unresponsive too, so thats fun.

Just bought one thing was already expire for 1 year. How can be put on the shelf. Shot.

I wish I can give a -10. I saw something on the website and came to pick it up at the store. It’s taken me 45mins to drive to the shop but they said it’s not available at the moment. When I compared the price because it’s much different between the website and the store, they said that the website does not belong to the store. What a joke!!!

Bought a bag of over price uncooked chow mein noodle today . When I got home to open it and find out that is alot of mold on the noodle. That is terrible, imagine 0someone didn't realised and cook the noodle?

By the time you complete an online order, it would have been far more time efficient to have swam to Mainland China instead!

Item substitution and no response.

I ordered over $120 worth of stuff and it arrived within a week, so not bad.
However the main item worth nearly $60 was substituted for something else similar but not the same with no consultation what soever. I've tried to email them for 3 days to return item but no response other than auto generated. No phone number either.
I'm not happy and will never shop there again.

Was looking at shopping here but found the prices to be too expensive. As an example : Woolworths sell United Fish Co half shell Green Lip Mussels for $6.50 a kg box. The same Mussels cost $23.99 here. No thanks!
