It is absolutely beautiful! We brought our lunch here to eat at the benches. The view of the lake is really good

Excellent park. Really good info centre with helpful staff. The circuit walk to shadow lake is strenuous but scenic and well worth doing. Take a dip when you get there.

Great National Park! Beautiful lake and walks, definitely coming back to this spot.
Camping 🏕 is run separately to gain access the reception is opposite the parks office and is open late, very late. Ph: +61 3 6289 1137

This is a beautiful national park and maybe we got it on the wrong week because it rained all week. The easy walks are Watersmeet and Platypus bay. The Shadow lake walk is strenuous and not well marked so you don’t know how much longer you have left to get to the lake. The staff at the visitor centre are helpful but I do wish they would mark this trail a bit more.
