A lady is complaining about not being able to park a caravan at a shopping centre LOL Park your huge vehicle somewhere and drive a car like a normal person.. Pretty sure Big W is doing fine without the small market of caravan drivers. Definitely not worth a 1 star review

Nice and friendly at the door and make you feel comfortable and very nice staff ask them anything they know what they are doing. One tine I asked a staff member I was looking netrara dandruff she didn't know what I was saying next week she said to me I remember you and showed me where it was wow really I was shocked lol

Thank you BigW Yeppoon for the fantastic service I received today. You managed to get the products I required down from Rockhampton within 45 minutes. The manager was more than helpful in organising this. Thanks also to the manager from Rockhampton who assisted in the transportation. First class service all round.

Great staff, love the specials and they have a huge area dedicated to pets and gardening. I definitely recommend a visit if your in the neighbourhood.
