AMAZING Customer service and product knowledge!! I made a mistake with an online order. Only one phone call needed and Dylan had correct my error and offered fantastic advice on what I needed. With same day postage (express postage) on a Tuesday and received in Nth QLD by Friday lunch! Keep up the great work team!

The best scooter shop in Brisbane by far! So many scooters and parts to choose from and the staff are always lovely and welcoming. There’s even a skatepark you can ride after you buy your scooter! Amazing!

My boys were going on about some fat deck Scooters I’m like I’ve got no idea we went online to google typed in fat decks and scooter village come up they had a browse I called up and they were so very happy to help me and describe what my boys were talking about ,

The delivery was much quicker than I was expecting. This was a Christmas gift for my nephew and I had it ready with a month to spare. The communication was amazing, I received several emails throughout the process. My brother in law has purchased from here before and recommended that I use the site, and I honestly couldn't fault it. Really impressed and happy.

Fantastic scooter for my son and great customer service.

I recently ordered two new scooters for my children unfortunately one scooter was completely different to what to ordered so I called them up and explained I had received the wrong one and they fixed it up and sent the correct scooter out that afternoon and night recieved the next day. These guys I would highly recommend as there customer service is awesome and they are extremely good to deal with. 10/10 in my books

Great shop and online store. Ordered a helmet for my Toddler turned out was too big. They were more than happy to exchange in store when I was back down in Brisbane. Great customer service. My toddler also wanted to go join the fun in the indoor skatepark.

My 8-year-old boy loves it. He used to have a razor and loves how smooth this rides. The wheels make a huge difference! He's attempted a few tricks but has constantly said how much he loves it. He's had a Micro Maxi and a Razor and so far this is his favourite. It arrived quickly and the quality is fantastic!

Extremely happy with the fast delivery. I ordered a couple of weeks out from Christmas and it was delivered in a couple of days. My son loves his new scooter especially the width, height and "smooth wheels ".

I was amazed by outstanding service the company provided. I bought a helmet online, but afterwards I've decided to change the shipping from standard to express. I've got a phone call from the staff staight after, and they organized everything, even though it was ready to be shipped at that time. Well done guys! Very happy customer here.
