Been working with Chris Lowe and his team at Archerfield branch for over 3yrs now trialing new tools for my site, as well as rekitting our workshop power tools, both making my site more efficient and with less downtime in a high output steel manufacturing site. I went to the store at 15:45 on Sunday to buy a welder. One of the staff, Ben, was friendly and helpful, even almost time to close. He still try to assist me to find what I need with a good price. Highly recommended.

Best tool shops. Very competitive pricing and good staffs.
Had my cordless coil gun return for warranty. They fixed it on house over the easter holiday. picked up two days after dropped off.

Outstanding customer service from Devan. I ordered a line level at 4:30pm and needed it for a job the next day. I explained via email to Devan that I needed it urgently and he dropped it off to me on his way home. I had it in my hands at 6:00pm!

5 star for service from their staff name Denan ( hope it’s the right spelling). Upon entering few days ago, he greeted me and asked if he could be of assistance. We had brought in the laser receiver thinking it was faulty. Even though he was no expert he tried his best to figure out the issue and found the solution. Thank you for being helpful 👍

Firstly, I would like to thank Chris, the manager of Archerfield store, for the amazing service that he provided when I was seeking a spare part for my Bayer Hammer Drill. After being referred to the Archerfield store (from Underwood and the second part of this review will cover that) to source the part I required, and after a message from Head Office to Chris, he rang me and told me what was happening and when I would get my part. All it took from Chris was ONE phone call to me to sort out an issue that had been going on for several weeks, and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you Chris for your awesome customer service!!

My initial enquiry started at Sydney Tools Underwood. I have dealt with them before and the Manager and Teo are excellent to deal with. However as a retired Trainer and Assessor/Business Owner I am amazed with Sydney Tools HO, as they spend copious amounts of money on advertising to get us in the door ONLY TO BE LET DOWN BY THE POOR AND INADEQUATE SERVICE SKILLS AND TRAINING OF THE JUNIOR STAFF. The internal communication from junior staff is poor to non-existent, there seems to be little to no internal training about internal procedures and methodology. If Sydney Tools wants to keep and grow their customer base then they need to implement an internal training system that gives the junior staff the skills, knowledge and training to deal with customers in an effective and positive manner to promote and obtain repeat business. If they have a Training system in place, IT'S NOT WORKING!!!!!

What a great experience! Served by Phil. I was initially a bit anxious about going into this massive specialty tool shop. Phil took the time to listen, understand my concern and find a solution. He was knowledgeable about the brand and equipment, and explained the issue in a helpful, clear way. He also shared some tips on maintaining the gear. Thank you, Sydney Tools and Phil, for making me feel completely comfortable and for a top notch customer service experience!

A very well stocked tool shop with helpful, kind staff. It was open 7 days, I wanted to shop on a Sunday and the parking was easy. I do a bit of audio recording and to my surprise there was cool, hard rock music, that I had never heard before, playing over the p.a. No worries.

Went to purchase a drill set and after scouring the net for the best prices I found Sydney Tools. I went in store and was met with a huge range, decent prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. After the first interaction I would highly recommend them.
However James and the team went above and beyond to rectify an issue I incurred. 7/5, can't recommend enough!

Hey guys just some advice to not return any tools to get repaired at this shop or shop there. The store lost my tool through transit and was very apologetic at first, but a few weeks of ‘looking through footage’ turned into a month and so on with no return calls to myself. The manager was being quite a smart arse & rude on the phone to me telling me they are still looking through cameras for the past 2 months. Yet I had not one update on the situation then after me calling and calling it apparently went to the state manager for 2 weeks, still didn’t hear anything back so another call to them went still nothing. My father ended up calling them and giving the a phone call they deserved. If it wasn’t for myself trying to sort out something that was wasn’t my fault, the store would have just walked all over me and wouldn’t have cared so well done Archerfield sydney tools.

Every time I visit Sydney Tools - even if its just to have a look at what is on offer - I am treated with respect and welcomed . The guys there are polite and genuinely seek to offer assistance even when they are busy. I have had dealings with James C who has always been polite and eager to help with my questions regarding stock or products that they don't even carry - but can get in. 10/10 guys keep up the great customer service!

I recently needed to upgrade the tool kit due to taking on a new staff member along with expanding our scope of works. A friend of mine mentioned a rep by the name of Justin at the Archerfield store and said he'd pass my number on. I didn't have to lift a finger. Justin contacted me promptly to discuss the order. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, letting me swap out certain tools in a value kit I didn't need for ones I did. They even threw in some nice freebies. Super friendly guy and very easy to talk to.

From there I was put onto Jason in the store who was also a legend and even went as far as picking a few items from my order up from another store that had stock on his way home that arvo so they were available for me to pick up the next day.

This was my first time shopping with Sydney tools and I won't ever be going elsewhere after the service and value I received. Great service, great store set up and range and very reliable helpful staff.

I would never use the main warehouse to order online knowing I can get this kind of assistance at store level.
I strongly recommend using this store over a online un personal order.
This sort of service should be everywhere, I felt valued as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble.

Came into the store today tired and cranky with a stock issue, and the two young guys working behind the counter were very polite and helpful, with a great attitude.
