My family and I recently dined at this exceptional restaurant and had an outstanding experience. From the warm and welcoming ambiance to the exquisite flavours in every dish from starter to main dishes and desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful culinary adventure.

Have ordered sultani kebab ,koobideh kebab and their kebab platter .all i can say is that they are honestly the best in Brisbane. very fresh food ,good portion,reasonable price and super friendly staff.
They offered soup and freshly baked flat bread to start with and serve the meal in copper plates which is super cool.
I will definitely be back and recommend them to my mates.

The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the Zeitoon's Special Family Plate. A true feast for the senses, this generously portioned platter showcased the restaurant's commitment to authentic Afghan Persian flavours. Each component, from succulent kebabs to fragrant rice, was a masterpiece in its own right, creating a symphony of tastes that delighted my palate.
One dish that stole the show for me was the Mantu. These delicate dumplings were a revelation, filled with a tantalizing blend of spiced ground meat and topped with a yogurt sauce that added a perfect balance of creaminess. The Mantu at Zeitoon truly stood out as a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to crafting dishes that transport diners to the heart of Afghan cuisine.
Equally impressive was the Qurma, a dish that elevated traditional flavours to new heights. The rich, aromatic sauce enveloped tender pieces of meat, creating a harmony of spices that left me craving more.

Love the food , great atmosphere. Drive over an hour to get there every time and have recommended to all my family and friends . The menu is so extensive and A-grade quality meals at very reasonable prices . Will come back again and again . 👍

We shared the chefs special between 4 people and there was still so much left. Very generous portions and the food was so good!

Lunchtime Saturday was a revolving door of orders leaving and customers arriving, so I knew we were onto something good.
Food was excellent! And the atmosphere was buzzing. Highly recommend.

It’s my first time having my lunch here today. Their free hot soup is absolutely a highlight, especially on such a winter day. The soup is free, but rich in flavour. Really considerate service.

Ordered Shirazi salad and Koobideh Kebab. Their Koobideh Kebab is two skewers grilled minced lamb kebab served with saffron rice. Some Persian restaurants’ Koobideh kebabs are made of beef, but I prefer lamb.

The Koobideh was so delicious. I tried it separately with naan and saffron rice. It’s just beautiful. And Shirazi salad is definitely the best mate of Koobideh.

Their shop is next to a Muslim grocery and a halal butchery. It’s pretty convenient to buy some stuff or halal meat by the way.

I love the delicious and tender kebabs that are served here. The freshly baked bread is incredibly soft and delicious. As a frequent patron, their outstanding service never ceases to amaze me on each visit. This place is definitely worth visiting; it's a must-try!

They serve tasty persian foods. I had a M2 mix plate with a S1 Zeyton parvardeh, and I enjoyed it very much. Definitely recommend it.

Had a great dinner here on a busy weekend night. was filled with locals and Persian families. Food was good and inside the restaurant was very clean. Got the mixed platter and chicken wings. Would recommend the chicken wings. Overall it felt like authentic and traditional Persian food, was also reasonably priced and best shared. Also I left my wallet here and they kept it safe for me to pick up the next day, thanks so much!!

This is our first time to this restaurant so I wanted to try everything and with the friendly waitress’s recommendations as well as my son's girlfriend who recommended to order the Zeitoun Special Family Meal. Huge servings of succulent, superbly spiced meat cuts chicken, lamb and minced beef. To finish the meal we had the saffron ice cream and baklava for dessert . Overall, it was a great dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐

Good but not delicious as the Middle East Kabab , you may try the Turkish Kabab in Madoo restaurant

I absolutely love the mouthwatering and succulent kebabs served here. The bread is simply divine, so soft and freshly baked. I've been a regular customer and each visit never fails to impress me with their exceptional service. I highly recommend coming here, it's a definite must-try!

The food was so good I couldn’t get pictures of all the other dishes! Great restaurant in the heart of Moorooka. Customer service was brilliant and restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Food felt really authentic, we had the hummus, shirazi salad and mast-o-masir with bread for starters. Then we had a few dishes of the Kebab Vazeery (the meat was so tender and tasty! My goodness), this is a combination of chicken and lamb with safron rice, tomato, a chili and butter. I can’t remember the name of the other dishes but everything was great! To end it we had the Faloodeh 🙌🏽 definitely be back again to try more from the menu!

This is my first time to this restaurant so wanted to try every dish they were very interesting and tempting 😋 taste as good as it looks. Definitely worth the try. Highly recommended this restaurant to all the meat lovers and their tasty bread.

I have tried all the Iranian and Afghan resturants in Queensland. Zeitoon Resturant is the best one in terms of quality of ingredients, portion of food, and price. In particular, Zeitoon kebabs have excellent taste and quality. Highly recommended to those who like Iranian kebab. Do not forget to book a table in advance.

If I was to explain my experience at this amazing restaurant it'd have to be in books. This restaurant offers the best and highest quality food, deserts, and great service. The staff are very polite, kind and respectful and treat every customer with high respect. Trying the food for the first time made me come back every week to try their amazing food again and again and again.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Brisbane right now. The food is fantastic and my wife and I were delighted with our meal!

The restaurant was amazingly nice, clean and luxury. The prices were really fair and nice due to the good quality and quantity of the food. They also gave us a free soup at the start which was absolutely nice. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The drink that was a special drink (kefir glass) was really good and tasty. The photos in the menu were just like the food and drink. Amazing delicious gorgeous food with a fresh bread made in the shop which was delicious and they gave it to us even tho we didn’t ask for it. The marinate was amazing and the taste of the food. Really amazing I will be coming back here and I do recommend it. The restaurant was so positive and it gave us so much energy with the beautiful music that was playing. Overall it was really amazing and I will be coming back here it was better than all the Iranian restaurants I have been in Brisbane and Gold Coast
