Went on a quiet morning staff were so sweet and the food looked so aesthetic and tasted amazing , I just wish there was more !

I've been here before and it was nothing memorable but it has since gone under new management so I decided to check it out. No wonder everyone was there. Beautiful food, beautifully presented. Definitely recommend.

We thought we would give a small local cafe a go. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was lovely and quiet, and the size of the meals very generous. It tasted just like mom used to make, very homely. The ladies attending the shop were helpful, friendly and happy. The wife and I will be back.

Stopped here for lunch while on a bike trip from Wynnum to Cleveland. The young lady who served us was delightful, very friendly and efficient. Or meals were delicious and the other customers very sociable which only reflects on the general ambiance of the cafe itself.

The I had burger was great. Awesome flavour and ships were cooked perfectly. Thank you for a great experience.

Great coffee and i had a mars cookie which was different and tasted fabulous. Wonderful staff. Lovely and clean.

We dropped in at just past 5.00pm and was greeted like old friends, first time at this establishment.

Cold water offered while we perused the menu which was quite abundant with whatever took your fancy, too much choice I laughed.

Cold drinks with a more than half a glass of ice, bloody fantastic.

The meals were upon us without flinching and the plates were full of scrumptious food.

I didn’t know if it would offend the chef if I cleaned my plate or left some food, it was too tasty to leave.

I myself had the Flathead fillet, fresh garden salad and the bestest chips.

My beautiful bride of 46 years has the chicken parmigiana and it was too die for, too much for her to finish.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we chatted for a bit with the owner and chef and left with the best desserts to complete our night back at the room we were staying at.

Do not bypass this cafe, it will be your loss.

I come here occasionally with the kids. Great eggs benne and relaxed outdoor atmosphere. The staff are very friendly especially the young staff who always greet you with a smile. Even the customers are friendly, often bringing their dogs.

Elaine and Pete are fantastic, i love coming and grabbing a cuppa / nibbles. Very friendly people, nice food! They are just down the road from me and its always nice just to catch up. Jess(s) and lily are also fantastic too, jess loves playing with my buba!

Not only that, they did a service for me and my family that i'll never forget - they hosted a dinner for my wedding allowing families to meet.

We recently went to Elaine's for brunch, the food was scrumptious and quite generous servings for the price and the Merlot coffee was pretty good too. Definitely be back again.
