My husband is fussy with his almond milk, & we've just discovered the coffee here is great!!
Drive thru is super convenient and the staff are so lovely!!
Plus the app earns Z$ on every purchase of coffee! Winning!

Best place for safe food & coffee. Being autistic & having OCD makes it hard for me to trust people making things I consume, but the staff here always make my correct order and have no issue correcting it if I misspeak at the drive through speaker box. Coffee is always great, staff are all so friendly and kind. Thank you for supplying me my caffeine to get me through my days!

Amazing food. I love pumkpin rolls, today it was so good I wish I bought 2. Very hot not soggy. Chai was excellent. Fast and great service.

Come on Redlands & get behind the Zarrafas team who are working hard as usual to give service to everyone in unbearable conditions. Their air conditioning has been broken for weeks - who knows an aircon specialist who can sort it out quickly. I hope they are being rewarded with double time Mr Zarrafas.

I just love the almond Milk that Zarraffas use in my coffee, and the service is amazing, the staff are always friendly and cheerful.

Sometimes the person out the front taking orders during peak gets it wrong lol (Possibly different staff.)., but other than that, they have a good range of chais, lattes, teas and coffees. The chai latte gets a bit sweet, but those things are generally premixed. Coffee is always good, no matter what, if it's a cap, latte, flat white, espresso, or fusion. If you frequent the place, defs recommend getting a loyalty card for free drinks, however I avoid it during peak hours in the morning. Really great for chocolate drinks for the kids, too. The fruit teas with added strawberry are a fun treat :) Thanks guys, also good customer service.

Love the coffee here but my friend is lactose intolerant and a few times when I have gone here specifically to pick her up coffee they had no almond milk in stock.

Had 2 amazing girls serve me tonight, although it was busy they were super nice and conversed with me whilst making our drinks. Will definitely be coming back!

Every time I drive through, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and pleasant. Today was no exception. That's a real achievement when you think about how many people drive through during a shift! Coffee and food was excellent. I was a big hit back at the office when I gave it out!

My server was LILY, lovely and friendly. I was told to try the white hot chocolate and it did not disappoint. Thought I'd also try the peanut butter brownie. Only thing wrong with it was it should have been twice as big, it was sooooo good. Gooey, chewy and lip smackingly full of flavour. We will be back. Other top baristas here are Kym, Daniel and Olivia.... Never get a drink wrong.

we went and ordered 3 drinks and some food at around 2:30pm and the staff (i don’t know there names but the lady who took our order and the man who made our drinks were extremely lovely). by far the best zarraffa‘s.
