I went in today and was surprised at how wonderful the store looked - the last time I was in there was a couple of years ago and the new owners have made massive improvements. Although I only went in for one small purchase the owner was incredibly friendly and chatted to me for some time - I would highly recommend.

I had to return items after changing schools. The lovely owner went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend.

Great Service!

I ordered school uniforms 2 months ago online. Some items were on preorder so I understood there would be some waiting involved. I paid for postage for the items to be sent to my home address.

Last month I rang Ashgrove West Drapery to ask on the progress of my order. I was told the order would be delivered to the school when available. When I mentioned by daughter currently doesn't attend the school until next year and I had paid for the order to be posted to me, Kane mentioned it would be sent out to me then.

Last Tuesday I received a text message saying my order was ready for pick up at the school. When I called Ashgrove West Drapery the next day, Rachel spoke to her boss and said they would pick up the order from the school that day and post it out to me.

I rang the school yesterday (last day of Term 4 for that school) and asked if my daughter's school uniform was there. They said it was still there and hadn't been picked up at all by anyone from Ashgrove West Drapery.

So that means a 38km round trip sometime next week to pick up my daughter's school uniform when I paid for it to be posted out to me........

Addit: I had a phone call from Kay at Ashgrove West Drapery today who sincerely apologized for the situation. They will post out my order and refund the postage to me.
