Very impressive! The food was magnificent. Each dish was excellent. The fitout is terrific, not noisy like a lot of places. Service is great, very attentive and the explanation of each dish just right. There is a great and extensive wine list. The vegetable garden is very impressive too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely exquisite long lunch experience lasting about 4 hours. Service is warm and extremely attentive with chef/owner Brigette checking on you in between dishes. Food is extremely fresh and creatively put together. Expect quite a few courses and many unique items that are either caught or grown on site. Book way in advance if you wanna get a spot here.

Excellent! Nice long lunch, delicious food, great range of wines and amazing scenery. We even bought our 10month old and they were very accommodating!

What a fantastic experience! Everything from the service, food & drinks were amazing.
I have been here a few times and each time it is just as good as the last.
We were seated in the group room as we had 8 and it was great, because we didn’t have the noise of the dinning room meaning we could hear each other.

I had a truly unique and amazing experience at Tedesca for my birthday. Starting off, I would like to shout out James for helping me secure a reservation with short notice. He was so helpful and friendly. The whole team were also extremely accomodating and meticulous with everything they did. I can’t even begin to explain how delicious the food was! My favourite dish was definitely the fish. Everything was cooked to perfection and just the general vibe and atmosphere felt so warm and I left extremely full and happy. I will definitely be coming back <3

Wine list is great, alot to choose from for everyones budget.

Fantastic restaurant with a focus on local ingredients and slow dining. Perfect for spending a special afternoon with friends. Just be mindful of drink prices; our wine bill exceeded the meal bill, surprising some guests. Discuss drink price expectations beforehand to avoid any unexpected surprises

After failed to book for this restaurant twice before, I was almost jumping for joy when I finally secured a Sunday lunch spot for my husband & I.

From the minute we entered a lovely white weatherboard house with a magnificent garden, an impressive timber front door, into a beautiful flower-sprayed dinning room with fireplace, this restaurant certainly makes a statement, an experience we are not likely to forget for a long time.

What can I say about delicious food that already not been said many times before, everything is perfectly cooked with beautiful fresh produce and beautifully presented, our lunch lasted 3.5 hours, plenty time to savour each dish and wine, Tedesca certainly takes the lazy Sunday lunch to a new level.

If you ever wondering what the hype is about, I can only suggest you try it yourself.

Our children gave us a voucher as a Christmas present over two years ago and we have finally made it! Well worth the wait.
From entering through the front door that is an opening statement we were seated with a view to the wood fire cooking and food prep area, a fascinating and pleasing theatre that played out over nearly four hours. To see the aged ribeye trimmed and thickly sliced ready for cooking over coals, the trout sliced and cooked to perfection and the Serrano jamon being sliced tissue thin to be added to the pasta made our day special as the chefs openly shared their skills. Wait staff are professional and knowledgeable and the wine list impressive. The dedication of Brigitte Hafner to quality and sourcing excellent ingredients pays off in spades and Tedesca is a destination dining must.

Fantastic fusion dishes (Italian x Morocco) in a great setting, perfect service. Super wine list - take a trip to the cellar if you're up for it. Worth the wait to get a seat.

An exceptional Australian dining experience. You can see the attention to detail when you arrive on their beautiful hilltop property. From the thoughtfully curated food and wine menu to the faultlessly friendly service, it's an excellent place to visit in every way. You'll love the food, staff and surrounds. It's worth putting yourself on the waitlist. I'll definitely be back.

Lunch at Tedesca last weekend was perfection. The food was every bit as delicious as those lockdown box memories from 2020, but now with everything else... From the decor, the music, the washrooms, the views. It was all completely on point. All of the staff were superb whether they were talking about the source of the food or the history of the outdoor furniture (conversation initiated by our party!).
Compared to the set menu, the wine list is almost overwhelming but the availability of demi-carafes and our wise decision to let the sommelier choose for us made it ridiculously easy to drink as well as we ate. (But impossible to remember what, exactly, that unforgettable Grenache was)

The best dining experience I've ever had. They're serving exquisite food made from high quality produce. We enjoyed the walk in the garden between meals, where much of the food is grown. The service was impeccable, highly professional, humble, welcoming and fun. Worth the wait on the table booking, what a pleasure. Thank you! Go solo, with your partner, your Nan - whoever. JUST GO!

We booked 14 months ago but due to lockdown and reschedules, we finally got to try it. It did not disappoint! Every dish was delicious - fresh local produce and full of flavours!

We had a fabulous lunch here today. The food was amazing with plenty of dishes and staff were super friendly. It is one of those places where you feel like you are having 5 star meals but in a homely environment. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience , our food from start to finish was interesting and great flavours , especially the Tuna , best dish in years. Liked the laid back time each dish came out - no rush here . There’s very few restaurants in Melbourne that manage to achieve what Tedesca does. The level and quality of food is outstanding while still maintaining the feeling of comfort and almost home style cooking. A hidden gem on the peninsula that I could not recommend more highly.
