Gem set a steady pace from beginning to end, while meeting a certain time frame on my request.

Gem is relaxed, bright with a calm disposition and responds well to my verbal processing of information just as much as to silent exchange, where my body is speaking more strongly than my word. Her ability to listen to what my body is saying is evident in what she is able to articulate during the sessions.

Gem feels very committed to offering a holistic spiritual cleanse – able to point out both energetic blocks and offer ways to clear these and bring
activation where necessary.

Creating a sense of completion is always gentle and calm, Gem offering an opportunity to reflect as well as find my feet before continuing into my day and the two week integration.

I started seeking help from Gem Wright from Gem Kinesiology September 2020 for a trauma which I had held as a secret for 44 years. As it became a historical police matter, the floodgates opened and I became quite overwhelmed and suicidal. I started regular fortnightly sessions, which I found particularly helpful. I now see Gem at 6 weekly intervals. I am amazed at how I can now speak my truth without getting emotional.
I would not have come this far without the help, love and support from Gem. You don’t have to have experienced a nasty trauma in order to benefit from a ‘body balancing’ session.

Meeting Gem has been another positive forward-motion experience for both myself and also for my hubby. We have each previously received kinesiology elsewhere (before we moved a long way to our new home) so already had some knowledge of the experience, and how our bodies respond. Gem is a gentle, thorough, dedicated practitioner who consistently applies pure attention to you as an individual. She constantly amases us with what she "reads" from one's systems, and she's always spot-on with what she finds out. Then when she's led one's body into healing mode you'll find that the changes, the differences, the improvements are totally noticeable very quickly. The space where she works from at the Chi Hub in Nambour has a wonderful ambience of tranquility and peace.
