Twin Waters Golf Academy

The Golf Academy at Twin Waters is well run and has many different offerings and programs available for golfers of all levels. Personally, the Academy has answered my need for more Golf Fitness and Flexibility help, along with golf tuition tailored specifically to my needs. I have found the coaches and trainers to be generally interested in my specific situation and very encouraging. The facility itself is well laid out and has everything you need to work on your game, your fitness, flexibility, strength and conditioning. With Practitioners available across several disciplines, the Academy definitely has a lot to offer golfers of all levels.

If you are a keen golfer who wants to achieve suitable fitness and improve your swing to better your golf, then this is where you should be a member. It provides unlimited hours, equipment and a bucket of balls to warm up prior to Teeing off! Keith and Gillo are just great motivators in their particular fields. All this at a very reasonable and affordable cost.

The academy provides individualised fitness and strength programs, that are regularly upgraded to ensure suitable progress is obtained. The Academy has an excellent array of equipment to suit all levels. I highly recommend this gym and the personnel connected to it

For anyone that has a strong desire to be better at golf, this is the place for you!!

If you sign-up to the Twin Waters Golf Academy on a month-to-month non-locked in contract, you get access to a highly qualified Pilates and Human Movements expert (Keith Battle) that focuses on the golf swing restrictions after you complete a though initial assessment. You then have access to very low cost group sessions with Keith twice a week and your areas of focus for swing improvement are measured with a specific exercise regime documented for both home and for use at the Twin Waters Academy gym, which is also included in your monthly membership. In addition to the physical exercise routines there is a monthly group golf session with one of Qld's leading PGA accredited golf coaches (Anthony Gilligan) where instruction is offered in a simple and uncomplicated manner. Anthony is also available for a member's rate for one-on-one lessons for faster improvement, as is Keith of course. Add to the mix a free bucket of range balls per week and you have the ideal improvement package.

I currently have a GA handicap of 13.7 (and getting lower) and this is a drop from almost 22 handicap when I first started using these facilities and the two excellent coaches early 2019. By getting back to fundamentals for both body improvement and swing, it has made a huge improvement even at my age (62)!!
I would highly recommend to anyone that really wanted to love their golf more or just get more movement and flexibility for everyday activities.

The Academy team go out of their way to encourage, inspire and support me on my golfing journey. Joining the Academy provides unlimited access to all the equipment, training aids, a bucket of balls weekly for the driving range, and a monthly free group class.

A great space and environment to work on your fitness, flexibility, and golf swing. Very knowledgeable coaches in Anthony (Golf) and Keith (Fitness) have made the return to golf very enjoyable.
