We addressed the dramas promptly. Following the review post, the admin teams reached out immediately and resolved the issues to the satisfaction of both parties. I will provide another review once my blaster with CEH arrives. This one is for customer service.

Went out of their way to help me switch over my mini Tamiya to a Dean's plug. Had a small issue and went above and beyond, better than other stores. Even offered by the tech to drop it to me after he finished work Saturday night. Would not hesitate to get them to do any upgrades or repairs to my blasters.

Earlier in this morning I had received my parcel with 12 different patches in it I only ended up getting 11 of those patches I do love the patches but getting short changed not so reasonable

Great bunch of guys and great products with a wealth of knowledge. I had a few issues with an unfortunately faulty charger and they went above and beyond to make sure it was all rectified even when they didn’t have to. They offered me advice on my products and suggested the best solutions to get them running correctly as well as supplying me with a much much better charger for practically free. Will be coming back to this store every time, 10/10.

Had my SLR fixed here and am thoroughly impressed. Where another company used a dodgy trigger, the CEH techs offered me a cheap metal trigger that actually works using their superior knowledge and they threw on my new buffer tube for no extra cost. Very happy and will be back in the future.

Absolutely the best gel blaster shop, dropped my gen9 off for repairs and upgrades. Job was completed within a couple hours, great price, great service, and the friendliest staff always willing to help. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Find the staff to be knowledgeable and ready to lend a hand. I have purchased all bar 1 blaster at their stores as the were out of stock. They are great with the little ones that come in with me. Always leave their shops happy and a little poorer as its so easy to spend money there.

Bought a product from their store and had an issue with it. I spoke to Liam via the website’s contact us page. He was super helpful diagnosing the problem and said that the tech team can fix the issue. I collected the fixed product haven’t had an issue since. Honourable mention to Nick, he was really insightful with all the ins and out, top bloke.

huge selection of stock. Great staff. Extensive product knowledge. You also get treated like a valued customer unlike many of the other competitors. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a top quality blaster. They often have Tex onsite so you can also get custom work done

Have purchased parts from Command Elite in Salisbury a few times now. Super happy with the knowledge and service from everybody in store.

Not the biggest shop although everything is quality, no cheap yucky stuff.

Excellent service and great staff. I ordered the BluDento BLT-2 wireless music reciever. I had a little trouble setting it up, so I emailed the store. Absolutely astounded by the excellent customer service . I recieved prompt return emails and fb msgs with the answers to questions i had . I then purchased an item only to recieve it quicker than expected an better quality than expected .i was left feeling like i was valued . Also when explaining i was intending on purchasing more items i was invited to use a discount code .this is a company that cares shop here ive now left a retailer whos an industry leader to command elite hobbies . I came to Command Elite after dealing with THE worst online experience I've had to date from a different local store. Not only were Command Elite cheaper then everyone else on the items I purchased, they were honest and professional.

I ordered a once off blaster they had in stock online, paid for it and was waiting delivery. The next day they called me and apologized that someone had bought it the day before instore and their systems diddnt update it yet so they no longer had it in stock. Was a bummer but they rectified it right away without hesitation and made a similar once off that I couldn't be happier with, and was deliverd on time!

They went above and beyond for a run of the mill customer like me which is hard to find these days unless you "know someone" I will only be using these guys from now on exclusively.

Nice to see some people regard service as a priority. The available products are amazing, the prices are great, and the models of gel blaster toys are in depth. As I have stated though, old fashioned service is paramount.
