Got a new Austral clothes line installed. This is a great company to deal with good products quick response and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

Excellent product. I purchased the Austral Foldaway 45 Rotary Clothesline. Very happy with it. Also experienced a delay but had prompt replies to my queries.

Seems to be a common problem with lifestyle clotheslines they go on holidays and have a backlog of work to do, I ordered our clothes line in January and had not heard anything no update or no communication regarding it would be delayed, few weeks ago I asked how long it would be, I was told it was being made and now today I was told there is a backlog they are finishing December and then they will start January orders. I asked for a refund! You guys need to communicate better and notify your clients of the delay instead of running the 25% off sales for continuing months if you can’t keep up with the demand.
