Australia Post - Cleveland Post Shop

This a 5 star for a staff member in particular. Karen. She was incredible. It was late in the afternoon, I was stressed about an expensive parcel that had gone missing. She was calm and patient and helped me find a way to track it, printed the information and explained it to me. She is the only reason I could push the fact it was delivered and get my refund. She made my day!

I drop off parcels very early nearly every morning and Barbara is always cheerful and happy. It is a great way to start my day.

Staff here have always been helpful. Once a guy there helped me ,while I was in line, on his way home after his shift was over. Worst I've experienced here was a woman with a slight attitude who needed me to explain twice what I was after... then she had a look and found it. When you frequent a shop and the worst experience is still helpful... well, it's a good shop.

The staff gave me good advice that helped me save on the cost of postage for my small business. She even offered the advice without my asking. No other post office outlet had done that for me whenever I used them over the years. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Had trouble with passport renewal with my local post office, no solution to resolve the issue.
Went to Cleveland office, staff there where fantastic. Came up with a solution, and the
ladies helped me through with the application on each step.
Went above and beyond to help. Thanks.

Jeanette was helpful in getting me some wedding stamps ordered in after the price rise. It did take some discussion and I dis have to explain that I was not the only person in Australia to have an issue with not being able to purchase $2.20 stamps. It's always busy but I have found the staff pleasant enough.

I use the self service machines and my only complaint would be that it is sometimes a bit of a wait if I need a priority or registered sticker. Otherwise I have no complaints with this post office. My interactions with the staff have always been helpful, polite and friendly. I'm in there several times a week.

This outlet is always busy and the line up can stretch out the door and block people trying to walk past in the narrow walkway.
Would be great if they could allocate an area for people to queue against the store.
Staff are usually helpful in this outlet too.
