Popped in looking for a gift for my girlfriend. The lady was really nice helped me pick a bag and earrings. My girlfriend really liked them, we went back to get a dress to go with them. Great shop if you need help with a gift.

Had a wonderful experience when visiting this shop, the owner was very welcoming and so helpful. There is a fantastic selection of clothing and accessories and beautiful gift ideas, I will definitely be returning.

Walked in and the lady who was opening the store scowled at me as if I had done something wrong. When I enquired when the shop would be open (it was about 1 minute to 10am) she flatly stated ‘now’. Very weird vibe so I walked out without even trying on the dress I had spotted. Not sure if this was the owner, but whoever it was clearly did not want to be there today.

My day did get better as I walked across the road to be greeted by the lovely ladies at Labels by the Bay. I then went to Hot Vanilla and had a lovely browse with the assistance of Jodie and the lovely ladies there. By the way, there was no way I could 'speak to you personally' - I was very uncomfortable with the way you were scowling at me. It's all good, I'm sure it's me, not you :)
