Project Complete

We had been considering a renovation on our Queenslander for some time and noticed that the project next door to us was coming along nicely so we thought having a chat with Harry Nina would be useful. At our first meeting, Harry supplied beers and cheese and we talked “turkey”. Long story short, Harry and Phillipa Nina were a magnificent team, from saving us money, helping us choose colours and finding lovely second-hand windows. Harry actually listened to us and he was always available through the renovation process. We talked, agreed and disagreed but, as we said, the focus was always on the house and we are so happy with final product. We are still having drinks on a Friday afternoon and we would highly recommend Project Complete to anyone needing experts in renovating Queensland homes.

Harry managed the renovation of our house in Windsor. It was our first time renovating / building, so Harry’s expertise was invaluable and made the entire process easier.

Harry took care of each step, including the interfaces between the architect, builder and suppliers. This meant that we didn’t need to take time off our day jobs.

Meeting a few hours each week was sufficient to develop and finalise plans, as well as inspect progress and finishes during the build.

We were provided with multiple options and recommendations to maximise value while meeting our budget. Both during planning and selection of finishes.

Plans, scoping and quotes by multiple builders and tradespeople were all taken care of.

Harry took the time to understand our style preferences and helped with the selection of finishes that met our budget.

Harry also helped notice issues during the build, which we otherwise may not have noticed until too late.

Overall we’re very happy with the renovation and all of Harry’s help along the way.

We engaged Project Complete to help us with the renovation of our lovely Queenslander in Paddington. As we were going to be out of the country for a few months, and then relocating interstate, we were very unsure about how to go about getting the renovation done. Every part of the process for us was low fuss, as Harry took time to understand our situation, our personal style, how we wanted things done, and made sure the renovation was not just good, but outstanding. The finished project was within the estimated budget, and the result far better than we ever imagined.
