Ray N Chrissy are an awesome partnership and their devotion to swing/ Lindy, oozes from every move they teach. I personally love the fun atmosphere, banter, their patients & teaching style. If anyone is thinking of learning to dance. I would highly recommend starting here. from beginners to advanced they have you covered.

We were looking for dance classes online and didn't want the classis ballroom classes. Swing on in appeared on a Google search and appealed to us. Best "move" we've made. From the first moment you join the group you are made to feel very welcome. Ray and Chrissy are excellent teachers and make classes so much fun. Every time I leave with a huge smile on my face. As shift workers, we can't attend all classes so pay as you come is an excellent system. So happy we found you guys!

My husband and I LOVE Swing with these guys. Chrissy & Ray are not only great teachers...but they are so much FUN! If you're looking to have fun, keep fit, be part of a family as well as learn how to Swing dance...this is the place to be. We've been dancing for approximately 2 years now and get so much out of it. I have been Swing Dancing with Chrissy and Ray for nearly 5 years. Every lesson is a treat with Ray's witty sense of humor, patience and fun. Chrissy is a walking tribute to all that is gorgeous and glamourous about this dance style and the time it came from. It is more than dance, it is more than steps and music. It becomes about the people and the celebration that comes with dancing with the people, the movement and music, you become part of the Swing dance family. Chrissy and Ray do a marvelous job with their Swing Classes. They're warm, welcoming, and make you feel at home. The classes are a joy with these two! I'm glad I made the effort way back when to attend as I have learnt so much in swing dancing and my own confidence! Definitely would recommend!

Ray and Chrissy's dance classes are like no other! They bring a huge sense of fun and optimism to the class so even if you aren't a natural dancer you'll be able to do the basics by the first class! After just a few classes you'll be swinging around the dance floor in no time like Fred and Ginger.
This is a really great class for complete beginners, people who've danced and before and anyone who wants to socialise or try something different. Caution: addictive!

As a newcomer to the Gold Coast, I'm so happy to have found this great little community of dancers. Last night marked my third successive class, and I can't believe I've only just discovered these uplifting styles of dancing - they're so grounded, joyful, creative, unpretentious and playful! Seriously, do yourself a favour and take up these dance classes. Chrissy and Ray are not only fabulous teachers but inspiring and entertaining people. The classes are relaxed and welcoming, and the scene across the world is such that once you have the basics you can rock up to swing sessions anywhere in the world and have an instant community of dancers to swing you around the dance floor all night!

Swing On In runs fantastic weekly classes on the Gold Coast and in Northern New South Wales.
We were sure we had two left feet, but Chrissy and Ray proved us wrong! We didn't need partners to start learning and were welcomed by the students who had been dancing for a while... We NEVER felt out of place and have since become decent dancers!

I have always wanted to learn swing dancing and while I was in the Gold Coast back in May I decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret it. The people and so friendly and welcoming and the teachers are fantastic! I definitely go back at any opportunity and wish I could make it every week.

Swing on in is more than just a fab place to learn to dance, it’s given us the most amazing friendships and dance family. We both came with two left feet but each lesson we leave full of joy and proud having learned more. Highly recommend!

A warm, friendly place to learn with inspiring teachers. I came on my own and have loved every lesson. The pace is suitable for everyone, regardless of your previous experience and Ray and Chrissy make learning Lindy Hop so fun!

Having danced Ceroc aka Modern Jive now for 15 years, Swing is a refreshing change and just a wonderful atmosphere. Teachers are great and the people are hugely friendly. Get along to a class..you will be impressed how quickly one can pick it up!!
