Awesome store. First time coming here, my local is the Capalaba store and in no way comes close to this store. The staff were very friendly and the store had a great range. Wish this store was closer to me.

New managers, staff? Seem nice. Would like that they have a few more things for us man-boys. (Modelling and such.)

Very large range of toys pack this store - my go to toy shop. You are generally left alone to browse but if you do have a question there is usually one staff member somewhere stacking shelves all to happy to help or the front counter but that can be busy and a little wait. My tip would be use the google feature to pick a quieter time to visit. I have been here quiet and busy. On busy times it might be a 5 min wait at counter. I like the recent service where they asked me if I wanted the price removed which was great as I always have trouble removing them myself.

I just found my new go-to store. Not really in my area. But Jack's customer service is really above and beyond. Have been in a couple of other times well and received great service from the other staff.

Ha the best range of lego I've ever seen

We purchased a trampoline today for our daughter's birthday.

Jacob made the whole process super easy. He put the item aside for us and it was ready and waiting to be loaded into my car from the loading dock by the time I arrived. I was on my own so that there would be room in my little Forester for all the boxes. He loaded all the boxes into the car for me and I am so grateful because there was no way that I would have been able to carry them.

We would not hesitate to recommend Mr Toys Toyworld Browns Plains to others. We will certainly be visiting them again.

Parents try control your kids, too many collectables in damaged packaging. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they have an Amazon store too.

Great staff, great toys, great place. From a Father with near adult age children this is good. (Only good?) Like many toys, some of it is junk, but the kids don't care. They luv the place. It's only Dad who gets a pain in the pocket as his credit card tries to get up and leave before he enters the store. (Safety mechanism).

I arrived yesterday with a list of 19 children to buy for. I was overwhelmed by the friendly staff and the offer from the manager for the staff to choose the gifts, including wrap and tag or a 10% discount. I took the 10% discount and choose all the presents myself, half way through I got stuck for ideas, then one of the staff members offered to help me, once again her ideas and help was overwhelming. They have so many bargins on at the moment too. Get in quick before they sell out. I will definitely be shopping there all the time. Great big thank you to all the staff 😊

Great range of toys. Especially Lego sets. More than K-Mart, Big W and Target combined. So if you are after a toy you can't find at one of the bigger department stores, you can't go past Mr Toys. You might even start going here first as I do. Mainly because of the friendly staff and great customer service that can answer any questions I have had.

Just sent the fiance into pick a gift for our children's friend being a boy she had no idea what to get. Kind, helpful ladies at the front desk happily pointed her in the right direction, even wrapped it while she wrote the card all ready to go to the party. Thankyou!! Decent toy shop for the size. Has a large range of Board games. Reasonably priced. Staff were flat out but still very helpful.
