My 2019 corolla hatch got rear ended, took it in to the guys at sommervilles for insurance work. Quote was done and approved quickly, and the repair was excellent. Paint a perfect match for the existing color from what i can see, rear of the car looks better than it did pre-accident. Big thanks to Craig and the team !

I had a P plater reverse his Hilux into the back of my car when I was parked at a servo. & my insurance company use Sommerville & I can honestly say. They handled everything smoothly. The ladies on the desk were so kind & polite. Very informative, they organised my hire car from hertz. Such a pleasure to deal with. They had my car for two days & called me when it was ready to collect. I now have a nice new bumper & tail lights. & I am so very great full that they washed & vacuumed my car, that was totally unexpected & greatly appreciated. (Due to a double back injury I haven’t been able to wash it myself) so thank you 🙏 If I ever need to get anything done to my car in the future. I will be calling the team here at Carrara. We were looked after beautifully from the quote, to the drop off to the pick up, kept informed throughout the entire process and the workmanship was second to none! Was a bit of a wait because they are busy, but absolutely worth it. Friendly, kept me updated while I waited and ultimately handed over my car fixed and cleaned. What more could you ask.

After being hit by a Council Bus my Insurer sent me to a Panel Beater who told me cant assess your car until next month and if approved it would not be able to be repaired until mid December at the earliest this was not acceptable I then went to Somerville Smash they accessed the car there and then came back to me that day with a definite date when parts etc would be there two weeks later I dropped the car of Friday morning was dropped of at Avis car was finished Tuesday as promised was duly picked up at Avis and dropped of at my car absolute no fuss.

NRMA insurance referred me onto these guys to repair the front of my car after being hit. They did an amazing job and my car looked brand new when I got her back!! Amazing services and everything was explained to me. They even dropped me off and picked me up from the rental car place down the road.
