Diamond Sands Resort

Got a three BDRM apartment with lockable garage. All the units centred around a pool and bbq area. Equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the garage. Very comfortable although free wifi so slow as to be almost unusable.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the apartment had everything you need from full sized fridge/freezer to washing machine/dryer and cooking facilities! Couches were comfy, bed was comfy and the apartment had that spacious/ fresh and airy feel to it! We had a front balcony with pool views and even a back balcony off main bedroom! Could not fault! Best resort beach style pool you could ask for as well… Great value for money and centrally located on the Gold Coast - close to beaches, pacific fair, restaurants etc. will definitely be back! AAA+++

GUYS it’s so nice and affordable, went here for schoolies and of course we didn’t get too rowdy but the place we stayed in was so spacious. Also the pool is really nice and relaxing! I would definitely come back here next time so go to the gold coast ❤❤❤

We have had many holidays on the Gold Coast staying at different resorts and high rise hotels, this time we opted for Diamond Sands Resort in a ground floor unit by the pool. Our stay of 11 nights could not have been more relaxing and perfect in every way. Peter at reception is most helpful and willing to assist in every possible way to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedding with spotless bathrooms. Will be staying again.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was a bit dated (90's decorating at its finest 👌) but it was clean, the beds were firm and super comfy, great location, an amazing pool and had everything we needed. No cockroaches for us. Perfect for a weekend away with a 3 year old.

We needed emergency housing as our house was burnt down. we were set up to stay at Diamond Sands, and this has been a wonderful place to heal and stay and relax. We had room for family to stay and the staff here have been very supportive and helpful.
The pool and BBQ areas are really family oriented and safe. A big thumbs up for Diamond Sands. MERMAID BEACH QLD. AU.

We stayed here for 1 week and our plan was to come with our three young children to just relax and unwind. We were pleasantly suprised at our appartment and how well equipped it was! Everything is catered for and it was such a beautiful place, we loved chilling in it. Absolutely loved the pool facilities, it was awesome to relax and let the kids play in a safe secure environment, our 3 kids talk about the awesome rock pool the most and miss it since being home. Such a beautiful spot and so tranquil even though its on a buzy road, you wouldn't know. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay and we'll remember this place in the future!

Just spent the week,and will be back same time next year. Wife loves it here and the beach is a short walk away close to everything and kids love the pool and spa,So easy to relax and enjoy your holidays. And great staff always ready To Help can't thank them enough.

Had a couple of 3 bedroom air bnb apartments, number 50 and 77, they were spacious, modern, decorated beautifully, the pool has a sandy beach and is amazing, l would highly recommended these 2 apartments at Diamond Sands Resort...
I will be back for sure also the hosts were amazing and veey easy to deal with.....

Visiting family from overseas. We enjoyed our visit and swam in the pool and used the BBQ area. Family also mentioned the owners were friendly and the rooms were perfect for their stay.

Great set up, and loved the palms surrounding the pool, which we used most days. Had everything we needed. Loved staying there.

My stay was great, i really enjoyed my time, i loved swimming in the pool, apart from some guy watching me from his balcony everyday and inviting me to MP's?? I will be back to stay really soon.

Great space for a family getaway. Kids loved the pool, especially the beach entry.

Great place, visited multiple times. Little upset that the games room has consists of only a broken pool table. But otherwise can't fault.
