Always provide great and timely service and repairs on my car. Lance always provides excellent customer service and goes out of his way to give me updates and explain any issues or repairs on my car. They also provide me with great advice and recommendations on actions to take with my car, always looking out for my best interest. Very reliable and would recommend highly for anyone looking for a mechanic.

The best service - honestly can’t thank these guys enough! They went above and beyond when our car belt shredded out of no where, and got us in right away! They also fixed my reversing light on the spot! Incredible service and a great price- couldn’t recommend them more!

Highly recommend, good to see there's still some honest mechanics around. I was told i needed repairs by a mobile mechanic, who quoted alot, but i took it to Ultratune instead who showed me no repairs were needed, they spent time on the vehicle, yet didn't charge me . Very impressive

In Sept 2022, I switched over to Ultra Tune Windsor. What won me over was how quickly they identified and fixed an issue with my car where my previous mechanic had said was ‘normal’.
Lance and his crew at Windsor really take the time to listen to you as a customer. The service they provide is consistent, with clear communication and at a reasonable price. I’ve just had my car serviced today for the 140,000km. For an 18 year old car, the team have her running smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.

The mechanic running the place is great. Honest and reliable! Twice now he has looked at my car, spent time on it and refused to take any money as "it didn't take very long". Can't find this type of service anywhere anymore.

Had a great experience with Ultra Tune Windsor, have been here a couple of times and every time I’m quoted a lower price than most other places and then when I go to pick up my vehicle, I end up paying less than what was quoted. Despite this, the quality of the work done has been top notch. Definitely recommend these guys. Was a pleasure being their customer.

Good service, my car's got it's fair share of issues but still got it serviced for a reasonable price. Had an issue with my front door locking when I picked my car up but he stayed back after closing to make sure it was fixed. Would recommend.

Went here for the first time today, they got me in short notice within two days. The place closest to me was booked and I am so glad it was, this was the wildest experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had. I always feel like as a woman I get ripped off because I have no clue what’s going on with the car I just hand it over like please fix it. This time was quite different. The workshop quoted me a fair price for a service/battery etc over the phone, when I arrived they said it would be less than quoted on the phone. Wow how exciting. They gave me a call while I was waiting for break maintenance which was mentioned at my last service anyway so I went ahead and was quoted and again, I arrived and the price was less than quoted on the phone. Not only that I didn’t leave with a list of things to come back and have replaced urgently, I didn’t really feel like there was major upselling or that I was forced into a position where I had to get something it was so urgent only for it to be nothing later on and I’ve wasted money. So overall, this was probably the best experience with a mechanic I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend this place. They were also extremely prompt and had the car finished hours before it was due to be collected which was fantastic. They also have Afterpay and openpay!

Completed car service and replacement of the worn-off parts and tires. Good, reliable service. Have been going there for years and recommend to others.
